This Decision approves the master plan on the socio-economic development of Yen Bai province.The main objectives of the plan include: agricultural and forestry development; to enhance management of the exploitation and use natural resources; urban space development; development of water supply, irrigation, drainage and wastewater treatment facilities; and environmental management and protection.
