This Ministerial Decree establishes the rules and modalities for registration testing of pesticides and agrochemicals and shall be used as guidelines for developers, registration authority and scientific research institutions participating in registration testing of pesticides. Registration shall include the following stages: (a) expertise of the application; (b) registration testing; (c) expertise of the outcome of registration testing; (d) state registration and issuance of state registration certificate for pesticides and agrochemicals; and (e) insertion of registered pesticides and agrochemicals in special catalogue of pesticides and agrochemicals authorized for use on the national territory.
