In a course of the research there were studied ecological and economic regularities of land resources management. The research was realized in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus. As a result of realized research there was revealed that the system of methods of land resources management includes economic, administrative-legal, political, technical-technological, organizational-administrative, and social-psychological aspects. Exerting, with the help of such a system, complex influence on the subjects and objects of land use in the course of solving the existing organizational-legal, socio-economic, environmental and territorial-technological problems of land use and protection was suggested. There are two main groups of laws and regulation land relations, the territorial organization of land use and protection. They are generally characterized by land management laws, and reflect on the one hand, socio-economic features of the regulatory (control) the impact, on the other hand, the natural environmental conditions of land functioning as the main component of natural complexes (landscapes).

Система методов управления земельными ресурсами включает в себя экономический, административно-правовой, политический, технико-технологический, организационно-распорядительный и социально-психологический. С помощью такой системы предлагается обеспечить управляющее комплексное воздействие на субъекты и объекты землепользования в ходе решения имеющихся организационно-правовых, социально-экономических, экологических и территориально-технологических проблем использования и охраны земель.
