We believe that communities are best-suited to identify their needs, and the steps required to change their lives. We work to create economic options, build capacity and self-reliance of grassroots women so they are able to lead their own socio-economic development activities.
Darpan Samaj Unnayan Kendra
The increasing woes of millions of the disadvantaged groups of people drew attention of a group of young man and women in the year 2000 in Comilla district and they got together and decided to form an organization in order to meliorate their conditions. Consequently Darpan Samaj Unnayan Kendra was established in the same year on 14th April. Darpan is a non-governmental, non-profitable and non-political voluntary social development Organization.
Taranga Mohila Kallyan Sangstha
Tarangal Mohila Kollayan Songstha A non-government, non-profitable and non-political organization established in 1996 with all levels of women for benefiting the distress families of Jamalpur. It stared vocational training and income generating activities with support from World Food Program (WFP) in the year 1997 and continued up to 2002.

ECDO’s mission is to assist indigenous communities in working for a positive and sustainable change for those deprived of rights and opportunities by implementing both service delivery and rights based approaches. ECDO implements its activities in a fully participatory and bottom-up approach with an emphasis on empowerment from within indigenous communities.

Women Job Creation Centre
WJCC is working to develop institutions by increasing capacity of groups, CBOs, federations, and alliances in order to reduce women discrimination and domestic violence through mass campaign and social mobilization. It has been working to establish the women's control over the land through rights and legal education. WJCC is implementing number of projects with support EU and USAID on women rights and local government. Our Vision: An equitable society for all, where Women are self-sufficient and capacitated to mitigate vulnerability and adapt to climate change.
Trinamul Unnayan Sangstha
Trinamul Unnayan Sangstha (TUS) is an organization for community development based in Chittagong Hill Tracts which was established in 1997 by a group of dedicated social activists. From the beginning we have aimed to empower grassroots communities of the Chittagong Hill Tracts (CHT), so they can take action on the social and economic challenges they face.
KHALIFA FOUNDATION
Khalifa Foundation-KF started its activities as non government development organization since 1994 to establish human rights for the vulnerable communities in southwest region of Bangladesh. It has been working on the issue of livelihoods, climate change, women rights, child rights and land rights through public awareness, capacity development and alternative income generation.
Saptagram Nari Swanirvar Parishad
SNSP work to improve the lives and livelihoods of those most in need of our support, women and widow. We work with disadvantaged and marginalized groups, including religious minorities, landless and marginal farmers, unemployed youth, girls, and day laborers. In implementing our activities, SNSP believes in working together with individuals, networks and organizations that share our vision and values. We have experience of working with a range of local, national and international network, platform, NGOs and donor organizations, as well as government departments/agencies and officials.

DCPUK is started its activities to increase the economic status of the poor and ultra poor through ensuring their involvement in Income Generating Activities and creating employment opportunities since 1984. Anagrasar Samaj Unnayan Songstha
Anagrasar Samaj Unnyan Songstha (ASUS) was started on 1998 as a non profitable and non political voluntary organization to provide support to the Indigenous people of plain land in Bangladesh. It was established to promote rights of the Indigenous Community and their empowerment. It has strong experiences in group approach, community participation, training on different areas of development, mass awareness creation in the field of the land rights, child rights, labor rights, water & sanitation, health and hygiene, recovery of Indigenous culture.
