    This Decree states that as a result of survey carried out by the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources, maps determining the geographic coordinates of areas under risk of landslides shall be approved. Furthermore this Decree underlines that construction works are prohibited in these areas, except for construction projects approved by the local authorities. Approved maps are attached to this Decree.

    This Decree makes several changes in Articles 4 and 5 regarding electronic registration systems and repeals Article 3 and Paragraphs 2, 3 and 4 of Article 4. Furthermore this Decree amends Paragraph 1 of Article 4, which now reads “The reports include information on the quantity, quality and land use characteristics of lands (including irrigated land plots), as well as land ownership, use and lease."

    This Decree aims at preserving green areas and providing landslide safety during construction. In order to determine the best construction site in cities, urban green spaces shall be mapped on paper and in electronic form. The Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources, the Ministry of Emergency Situations, the State Committee for Urban Planning and the State Committee for Construction and Architecture shall publish electronic maps of urban green spaces and landslide site on their official website after approved by the Council of Ministers.

    This Decree sets forth principles and procedures of provision of planting materials, equipment and all mechanical and chemical means necessary for cultivation to the community, municipalities and civil society organizations on a complimentary basis. This Decree sets forth provisions on cadastral information, sustainable use, planting materials, protection of environment, land-use planning, soil conservation, pollution control and sanctions.

    This Decree aims at compliance with sanitary and phytosanitary regulations, protection of plant species, efficient use of green areas and prevention of soil degradation. It sets forth principles and procedures of restoration, expansion, creation and improvement of green areas. The Decree shall not apply to green areas in forest lands, private lands, protected areas and in agricultural land.

    This Decree sets forth provisions on land classification, cadastral information system, change in the category of agricultural land and pastures, change in the category of lands affected by radioactive and chemical contamination and degraded by natural hazards, expansion of lands in forests and protected areas, and the procedures and principles for the change in the category of land. This Decree shall apply to agricultural land under the condition that the intended purpose does not change.

    This Law sets forth principles and procedures of registration and demarcation of land, and the duties and authorities of the state agencies and municipalities in this respect. The Law consists of 15 Articles and 4 Sections. It contains provisions on principles of land structure and land administration, land registration, demarcation of land borders, nomenclature and classification of land, establishment of administrative units for land management, land use planning, land registry, and sanctions.

    The Collegium of the State Land Committee was established on 13 February 1998 upon the Ministerial Decree № 25. By this Decree, number and composition of members of the Collegium are reapproved by the Council of Ministers. The Collegium shall be composed of 15 members and the Chairman of the State Land Committee shall chair the Collegium.

    This Decree sets forth provisions on efficient use of land for all land owners, users and lessees, soil operations, protection of environment, soil protection, improvement of natural and man-made landscapes, scientific research and sustainable development. This Decree specifies that land structures consist of complex and economic structure. The scheme and projects on soil operations shall be implemented by the State Committee on Property Issues and the State Committee of Real Estate and Land Issues of the Nakhcevan Autonomous Republic.
