La presente Ley deroga la Ley Nº 15.020, de 27 de noviembre de 1962, de reforma agraria (art. 1º). El artículo 2º de la presente Ley establece que la deroga no afectará la existencia del Instituto de Desarrollo Agropecuario creado por el artículo 12 de la ley derogada.

The Act restricts leases, assignment of leases or subleases. Any such lease requires the approval of the Leases Approval Committee, established in the Act.
