This Act consist of 7 Parts divided into 41 sections: Preliminary (1), Administration (2), Approved Property Plans (3), Project Areas (4), Objections and Appeals (5), Financial Assistance (6), General Provisions (7).
This Act makes provision with respect to actions that may be undertaken to have a claim in ownership in land be recognized by the High Court. If the action is successful, the Court shall issue a certificate of title.
This Act enforces regulations on notification to the Plant Directorate of any fertilizing activity by companies operating in plant production.
This Law establishes moratorium on transfer (transformation) of irrigated arable land to other categories of land. This provision shall not be applicable to cemeteries. Irrigated arable land transferred to cemeteries shall not be used for other purposes.
The present Law enforces the Federal Agricultural Soil Act of 4 October 1991.
The Parliament establishes that until 30 April 2014 purchase of agricultural and forest land by foreigners shall be prohibited and purchase and sale contract related to purchase of agricultural and forest land by foreigners shall not be concluded.
The present Law enforces the Federal Land Use Planning Act of 22 June 1976. The purpose of the present Law is to achieve a balanced and economical use of land with a view to the natural living conditions, protection of nature and cultural heritage.
Article 24 shall be amended to add the following wording: “in cases when organizations can be pledge holders of the plots of land, and of the right of lease of the plots of land”.
