El presente Decreto reglamenta las Leyes Nº 49 de 1990, 3 de 1991, 388 de 1997, 546 de 1999, 789 de 2002 y 812 de 2003 en relación con el subsidio familiar de vivienda de interés social en dinero para áreas urbanas.
The present Regulation of the Minister of Environment, which is composed of six paragraphs, lays down the method to be followed by governors of provinces to establish urban areas. A range of a sewage system finished with a sewage treatment plant has to be taken into consideration. The border should be determined along external borders of building plots belonging to the given sewage network.

Le présent décret approuve et déclare d’utilité publique le schéma Directeur d’aménagement urbain de Nouakchott (SDAU). This Ministerial Decree establishes that official land act and certificate of provisional land tenancy shall be issued by rural self-government for land plots of agricultural land and by urban administration for land plots of urban land. Legalization and registration of official land acts and certificates of provisional land tenancy shall be carried out by land use planning organizations subordinated to rural self-government and urban administration respectively.

This Order alters the finality of the disaffection of the 120ha area of the partial forest regime implemented by Decree No. 38/88, 15 October, situated in the municipality of Mira. Its finality is the construction of a turistic complex with golf course and support structures.

Offices are organized on a territorial basis: county and district offices, and sub-branches. Territorial competencies are determined in the annex. Offices deal with land administration in the capacity of representatives of the State. The structural organization of county offices shall be determined in the Regulation of Organization and Operation. Offices operate on the basis of an annual plan and may aim at producing surplus.
