It specifies the place in the first column of the Schedule, more particularly described in the plan specified in the second column deposited in the office of the Surveyor-General, is hereby declared to be a protected place for the purposes of the Act. These Rules are made under 26.0303 A.S.C. which provides for proper development planning so as to safeguard public health, the environment and economic growth and well-being in American Samoa and establishes a Zoning Board. In order to carry out the purposes and provisions of this Chapter, areas within the territory of Samoa are divided into ten zones, amongst others, an Agricultural Zone, a Watershed Conservation Zone and a Recreation Conservation Zone. For each zone permitted activities are specified.

This Decision approves the master plan on the socio-economic development of Vinh Phuc province.The main objectives of the plan include: agricultural, forestry and fishery development; protection of natural resources; management and protection of water sources; development of water supply, irrigation and drainage systems; intensify environmental management, pollution treatment and environmental incident prevention; and urban space development.

This Order amends section 1 of the Forestry Act 1967 by modifying, in accordance with section 59 of the Climate Change (Scotland) Act 2009, the functions of the Forestry Commissioners, to enable and require them to use land in Scotland placed at their disposal in the such a way as to contribute to the delivery of the climate change targets which are set in or under that Act.

It specifies the provisions for interpretation, explanation and instruction of certain articles of the Law on Standardization to ensure the accuracy, clarity, correctness and uniform understanding throughout the country, aiming to implement the Law on Standardization effectively and in line with international and regional agreements and treaties to which Lao PDR is a party.

These Regulations provide for the creation and management of heritage parks, natural environment parks and recreation parks in compliance with the Territorial Parks Act. The Regulations are completed by three schedules, each dedicated to one category of parks.
