This Decree consisting of 7 articles aims at regulating some articles of the Law No.42 of 2014.Art.1 regulates article 40 of the Law.
La presente Ley Orgánica reformatoria al Código Orgánico de organización territorial, autonomía y descentralización (COOTAD), respecto al ejercicio de las competencias para planificar, construir y mantener la infraestructura física y los equipamientos de los espacios públicos destinados al desarrollo social, cultural, educativo, de salud y deportivo.Asimismo, respecto a la conclusión del proceso de conformación de regiones, cuyo plazo máximo será de veinte años.

This Regulation consisting of 19 articles aims to regulate provisions on short-term and long-term plans to combat the harmful effects of dust in the country. The Regulation establishes the Committee to Combat Dust under the supervision of the Department of Environment.
The paper looks at the development of conservation policy since the mid-20th Century. It reviews how land conservation policy developed in the UK, and the ethical and policy design issues which emerged as the focus of conservation expanded. It then considers how the lessons learned may be applied to address environmental conservation needs in developing society situations. The first steps in UK conservation policy entailed legislation to establish public rights over privately owned resources.
Item 6 shall be amended to add the following wording: “State bodies (other state institutions) managing protected areas shall submit protection areas management plant to public hearing”.

Based on data from the Land Matrix database, this paper briefly analyses large-scale land acquisitions in the context of current complex and dynamic land and climate governance discourse. The paper tries to explain the inter linkages between land and climate governance, within the water-food-energy nexus, and the increasing and important role for science, technology and innovation in agriculture in order to become more resilient to current and future challenges in climate and land governance.
Agroforestry systems and tree cover on agricultural land make an important contribution to climate change mitigation, but are not systematically accounted for in either global carbon budgets or national carbon accounting. This paper assesses the role of trees on agricultural land and their significance for carbon sequestration at a global level, along with recent change trends. Remote sensing data show that in 2010, 43% of all agricultural land globally had at least 10% tree cover and that this has increased by 2% over the previous ten years.
