The present Regulations provide for the enactment of the Land Surveys Act. In particular, the Regulations apply to all lands in Saskatchewan: a) that are located in an area of Saskatchewan that the Lieutenant Governor in Council has designated pursuant to section 87 of the Act as an area to which the Act applies; and b) that are within the legislative competence of the Legislature.
Sale or Lease of Certain Lands Act (R.S.S. 1978, c. S-2).
The present Act gives the Cabinet the ability to place conditions on the transfer or lease of lands listed in a Schedule to this Act. In particular, section 1 establishes that the Act applies to the lands, being the property of Her Majesty set out in the Schedule and to any other lands belonging to Her Majesty which may from time to time be added to the Schedule by the Lieutenant Governor in Council. Crown Minerals Transfer Regulations, 2005 (R.R.S. c. C-50.2 Reg. 25).
The present Regulations provide for the enactment of the Crown Minerals Act. In particular, the Regulations lay down provisions relating to the transfer of certain Crown interests, Crown minerals and Crown mineral lands. The text consists of 5 sections.

Conservation Easements Act (S.S. 1996, c. C-27.01).
The present Act encourages private landowners, conservation organizations and governments to protect ecologically sensitive lands and natural areas through voluntary agreements.
Land Contracts (Actions) Act (R.S.S. 1978, c. L-3).
The purpose of the present Act is to confer power upon the Court of Queen’s Bench respecting actions founded upon certain contracts affecting land. The text – consisting of 7 sections – deals with the following matters: leave required to commence action, discretionary powers of court in actions, agreements waiving Act null and void and exemption.
