This Act amends the Land Act with respect to a wide variety of matters including: Commissioner for Land Registration, organization and procedures of District Land Tribunals, annual nominal ground rent for tenancy, security of occupancy and protection of family (farm) land, restrictions on transfer of family land, and establishment of Land Committees. New sections concern, among other things: establishment of the office of the Registrar of the District Land Tribunals, registration of District Land Tribunals and supervisory powers over land tribunals.

El presente Decreto crea la Agencia de Renovación del Territorio (ART), con personería jurídica, patrimonio propio y autonomía administrativa, técnica y financiera, adscrita al Ministerio de Agricultura y Desarrollo Rural.

The Poverty Reduction Strategy Paper (PRSP) is a multi-sectoral national strategic document of the Republic of Armenia covering the period from 2003 to 2015. Its main objective is ensuring sustainable and high economic growth and the implementation of efficient social protection policies.The PRSP among others is concerned with agricultural development. It notes that in 2003-2015, the growth of agricultural production will continue to be the main factor for the reduction of rural poverty.

This Proclamation aims at improving management and utilization of land and land resources for agricultural purposes in the Southern Nations, Nationalities And Peoples' Regional State. It applies to all land that lies outside of municipal borders. The Proclamation defines the right to acquire, free of charge, rural land by peasants, pastoralists and semi-pastoralists engaged in agriculture and the equal rights of women with respect to land and provides for the protection of such rights.

This Regulation implements provisions of the Proclamation of The Southern Nations, Nationalities And Peoples Regional State on rural land rights and use. It applies to all types of rural land and lands used for agricultural purposes in urban territory.

The President authorizes experimental allotment on unused land and land of marginally profitable or unprofitable agricultural enterprises to citizens on condition of life-long hereditary possession. The aforesaid land shall be used for agricultural purposes. The dimensions of land area shall be established with the consideration of local conditions but shall not exceed 5 hectares for irrigated areas and 15 hectares for non-irrigated areas.

This Regional Law establishes the following cases of allotment of public land free of charge on condition of ownership to citizens: (a) multi-child families with three and more minor children for farming; (b) families with disabled children for farming; (c) orphans for housing construction; (d) disabled persons for housing construction, gardening, horticulture and subsistence farming in rural areas; (e) war veterans for housing construction; (f) rehabilitated victims of political repressions for housing construction, gardening, horticulture and subsistence farming in rural areas; (g) person

Agricultural land is allocated to specified subjects whose main source of income is agriculture, aquaculture of the winning of salt. Article 2 defines "agricultural land". Land shall be allocated for 20 years if used for planting of "annual trees" or aquaculture and 50 years if used for planting of "perennial trees". Article 5 specifies how much land can be allocated, depending on where the land is situated. Article 15 concerns the management of public land.

These Measures are formulated to implement the Grassland Law of the People’s Republic of China in Shaanxi Province.
