Ce décret détermine les conditions et les modalités d'application de la loi n° 014/96/ADP du 23 mai 1996 portant réorganisation agraire et foncière au Burkina Faso. This Act provides for the registration of title to land, regulates the use of certain land and related matters and gives rules with respect to landownership and land use rights.The text of the Act is divided into 13 Chapters: Registration of land in Thram (I); Validity of Thram and entitlement to land (II); Right of possession (III); Cost of land and taxation (IV); Sale/purchase and exchange of land (V); Government land and the procedure for allotment of land (VI); Water channels, embankments and roads (VII); Regarding grazing land (VIII); Matters relating to Tsatong and its allotment (IX);

The scope of this Act is to improve the living standards and the opportunity of earning of reindeer breeders. The Act provides them with the possibility to acquire or to exchange lands which may be used for the purposes indicated in Act 590/69 and in the Act relative to Agricultural Production Units (188/77). The Disposition Plan for the land acquired shall be in accordance with provisions of Act 188/77 relating to such plans, and shall be drawn up in accordance with section 13. The Plan shall be submitted to the District Agricultural Offices.

This Regulation implements parts of the Reindeer Management Act whose scope is to improve the living standards and the opportunity of earning of reindeer breeders. Chapter 2 concerns the acquisition of land and the use of acquired land in accordance with the Disposition Plan and directions of the District Offices for Rural Activities. Chapter III prescribes certain conditions in relation to loans for the purchase of land. Provisions of Chapter IV specify conditions and terms for loans and grants which may be approved under the Act. Chapter V provides for support of reindeer slaughtering.

Ce dahir prévoit la délimitation de zones spéciales d'action rurale dites "périmètres d'amélioration pastorale" en vue d'assurer la régénération et l'enrichissement des pâturages au moyen de travaux de conservation et d'aménagement. Sont interdites les associations en vue de l'élevage de bétail dans les périmètres d'amélioration pastorale. L'exercice du droit de pâturage dans ces périmètres est subordonné à l'inscription sur une liste nominative et à la possession d'une carte de parcours.

Ce décret porte application du dahir relatif à la création de périmètres d'amélioration pastorale. Il porte, notamment, dispositions relatives à la structure et à l'organisation de la commission locale d'amélioration pastorale, au registre des droits de parcours et à la carte de parcours, détenue par les propriétaires et les collectivistes ayant droit au parcours.

La presente Ley Foral, que consta de 4 títulos, 24 artículos, 4 disposiciones adicionales y 2 finales, tiene por objeto el establecimiento del régimen jurídico de las vías pecuarias de Navarra. Las vías pecuarias, o sea las rutas o itinerarios por donde discurre o ha venido discurriendo tradicionalmente el tránsito ganadero, se clasifican en cañadas reales, traviesas, pasadas y ramales, distinguiéndose además los reposaderos y abrevaderos anexos.

La presente Resolución dispone, entre otras cosas, que previo al traslado de los animales el propietario deberá proveer al arriero de toda la documentación y autorizaciones operativas que procedan; que el tránsito por vías públicas de animales podrá efectuarse únicamente cuando no existan otras vías utilizables; que el arreo deberá efectuarse de día.

Elle distingue 4 types de pâturages: naturels,ou parcours pastoraux, qui constituent l'ensemble des espaces naturels libres traditionnellement destinés à la pâture des animaux; jachères, ou espaces cultivables laissés en repos ou non exploités; artificiels, aménagés pour la production de fourrages ou réservés à cet effet; post-culturaux, surfaces cultivées entièrement libérées des récoltes, constituées par les restes des sous produits agricoles.

Cette loi a pour objet de définir le cadre juridique adéquat pour une gestion participative des oasis et des zones assimilées pour le développement durable de leurs ressources, ainsi que la détermination des règles générales applicables à leur protection et à leur mise en valeur. Elle comporte 35 articles répartis en 3 chapitres, à savoir: Dispositions generales (i); Cadres de gestion (ii); Dispositions relatives à la mise en valeur et à la protection du milieu oasien (iii).

This Act, consisting of 108 sections divided into nine Parts and completed by one Schedule, makes provision for the tenure, management, and alienation of crown lands. "Crown lands" means all lands of the Territory, including the bed of the sea within the territorial limits of the Northern Territory, and including an estate in fee simple that is registered in the name of the Territory, but does not include reserved or dedicated lands. The main body of the Act (Part 3) contains provisions relative to leases, easements, and servitude.
