This Law defines and prescribes all necessary measures, standards and rules governing the land consolidation (agricultural and other land) and all other aspect (administrative, technical and legal) of the land tenure, property, use and/or consolidation.Land consolidation is carried out in accordance with the regional plan (development, environmental plan or other plans such as agricultural reform or other related policies).The Law is divided into 6 Chapters and 192articles, also including various financial aspects, requirements and rules.

This Regulation provides the correct mode for application of the rules prescribed by article 74, paragraph 1 (requirements aimed to define the procedures for sale and lease of agricultural land on the Croatian territory) the Law on Agricultural Land (Official Gazette of the Republic of Croatia 39/2013).

This Sub-Decree determines criteria, procedures, mechanisms and institutional arrangements for initiating and granting new economic land concessions.Economic land concessions may be granted only on land that has been registered and classified as state private land, that has adopted a land use plan, that has completed an environmental and social impact assessment, etc.

This Law establishes the second amendment of Law No. 54/2005 regulating the title ownership of water resources. Amendments deal with the updating of its provisions concerning the requirements and dead lines necessary for obtaining the title recognition of internal land, borders of river or coastal areas related to marine or any other navigable water courses, with their respective beds, and even the banks belonging to public entities.

This Law establishes legal grounds for investments in accordance with concessions and is aimed at ensuring protection of rights and legal interests of investors, Republic of Belarus and it administrative and territorial units. In case of concessions related to subsoil, waterbodies, forests and land shall be applicable the present Law if otherwise is not envisaged by the acting legislation. Concession holders shall be granted guarantees envisaged by the legislation to investors.

This Order, consisting of 14 articles and 5 Annexes, regulates land cadastre management of rural farms, farmers and farms. It establishes that management of rural land cadastre in locations subject to the action of IDARON Agency, including as a result of cooperative arrangements or agreements, shall be governed by the provisions of this Regulation. The registration of rural farm and farmer will be issued upon request of the Company, directly or through its authorized representative, and will be accompanied by specific documents.
