This Regulation determines the modalities of licensing of geodetic and cartographic activity carried out by juridical persons or by private employers. Geodetic and cartographic activity that comprises carrying out work in accordance with the Annex to the present Regulation is subject to licensing.

The head of the Federal Service of Geodesy and Cartography orders to validate the Regulation. This Regulation determines the status, the main tasks and competence of the territorial inspection of state geodetic survey of the Federal Service of Geodesy and Cartography. Territorial inspection of state geodetic survey is a territorial division of the Federal Service of Geodesy and Cartography and carries out state geodetic survey over geodetic and cartographic activity on the allotted territory. Inspection is a juridical person. The main tasks of inspection are: 1).

The head of Federal Service of Geodesy and Cartography orders to validate the Regulation. This Regulation establishes the purpose, the principles, the structure and the rules for carrying out certification in the System of certification of geodetic, topographic and cartographic produce set up by the Federal Service of Geodesy and Cartography for carrying out compulsory certification. The document consists of 6 Sections and contains 5 Annexes. Section 1 regards the sphere of application of the Regulation.

The Government decrees to validate the Regulation. Federal Geodetic and Cartographic Service (ROSKARTOGRAFIJA) is Federal Executive Body entitled with special functions (executive, control, supervision, authorizing, regulating and so on) in the field of geodetic and cartographic activity and denomination of geographic objects. ROSKARTOGRAFIJA is a specially authorized Federal Body in the field of environmental protection within the sphere of its competence as well as in the sphere of denomination of geographic objects.

The Government decrees to establish that State Committee on Land Policy is a Federal Executive Body entitled to carry out inter-departmental co-ordination of the activity in the sphere of land relations, as well as the functional regulation in this sphere, including keeping state land cadastre, cadastre valuation of land, land survey and state control over protection and use of land.

The Government, for the purpose of speeding-up of the reform of housing and municipal services, as well as for more active participation of the population in the process of the improvement of urban planning, decrees to validate the Regulation. The document determines the modalities of definition of size and boundaries of the plots of land within condominiums conceded on condition of ownership or lease to the house-owners or condominiums.

The Chairman of Committee ,for the purpose of automation of management of the state land cadastre in Ukraine on the basis of wide use of computer engineering for maintenance of public authorities and local government, citizens, enterprises, establishments, organizations by reliable information about round, fulfilment of works for information maintenance of management of state land cadastre and the working out of technologies of works, orders to set up on the basis of self-support office of scientific, design and survey, project-technological works and state land use of examination the Kiev

“Centre” is the legal person, ha san independent balance, settlement, currency and other accounts in banks of Ukraine, seal, stamps, firm forms and other necessary essential elements, realizes the industrial, economic and financial activity on principles of cost accounting and self-financing. “Centre” realizes organization-methodical and technical management of detached sub-sections attached to territorial branches of land institutions.

The Government decrees to establish that Geodetic and Cartographic Service (ROSKARTOGRAFIJA) is the Federal Executive Body entitled with the special functions (executive, control, survey, authorizing, regulating and others) in the field of geodetic and cartographic activity and the nomination of geographic objectives. Federal Geodetic and Cartographic Service is the legal successor of the abolished Ministry on Land Policy, Construction, Housing and Communal Services in the sphere of geodetic and cartographic activity.

The aims pursued by this Regional Act are the restoration of uncultivated or abandoned lands as well as insufficiently cultivated lands for production purposes and for the conservation of the hydrogeological balance. The Entity for the Agricultural Development (E.S.A.P.) of the Piemonte Region shall determine the abandoned zones that are likely to be used for the purposes specified by article 1 of Act No. 440 of 4 August 1978. Article 3 of this Act concerns the census on uncultivated and abandoned lands, which shall be performed by the E.S.A.P.

The Regional Act regulates the reclamation of lands in order to: (a) protect the soil and the hydrogeological balance; (b) encourage the rational use of agricultural surfaces. Article 2 gives the definition, on the one hand, of uncultivated or abandoned lands and, on the other hand, of lands insufficiently cultivated.

This Regulation, of 13 Sections, establishes procedures regarding the preparation and the approval of an Assessment Table for the Drainage Authority in Israel. Section (1) establishes that the Drainage Authority shall prepare an Assessment Table that shall report the sub-zones under its authority. Section (2) the entry into force of the Assessment Table shall be after 30 days from its approval date. Section (3) gives powers to the Drainage Authority to operate inspections and make enquiries in order to complete the Assessment Table.
