The Ministry of Internal Affairs is entitled to supervise over production, trade and repair of hunting and sporting weaponry. The Ministry of Housing Facilities and Public Utilities is entitled to carry out activity regarding operation and maintenance of networks, constructions, structures and equipment facilities of water supply, sewerage and water allotment services. The Ministry of Forestry is responsible for logging, soft resin procurement, sap procurement, sawing and planing production.

The following Sections of the principal enactment are thereby amended: Sections 55, 63, 96, 101 and the First Schedule (minor amendments).

The Government decrees to validate the list of amendments and addenda inserted into Ministerial Decrees regarding urban construction and land tenure. Federal Executive Bodies must conform their normative legal acts to the present Ministerial Decree.

The President, for the purpose of regulation of the process of privatisation of state enterprises, organizations and objects of the geological service attached to the Committee on Geology and Use of Subsoil, decrees to validate the list of state enterprises, organizations and objects of the geological service attached to the Committee on Geology and Use of Subsoil which privatisation is prohibited.

Plan of a plot of land must be usually designed with the application of the national system of coordinates. For securing the boundaries of a plot of land on location there must be installed landmarks. Specially designed point of a boundary of a plot of land or other object. Average errors in the position of the landmarks respectively to the nearest points of state geodetic network must not exceed 0,1 mm on the map of scale of 1:2000.
