La presente Resolución modifica la Norma para determinar los valores unitarios oficiales de terrenos urbanos a nivel nacional, por cuanto corresponde denominarlos Valores Arancelarios de Terrenos Urbanos a nivel nacional, y son utilizados como un componente para determinar el pago del impuesto predial, como conjunto de valores regulados de terrenos urbanos ubicados en las jurisdicciones a nivel nacional.

The present Regulation rules that as of 1 August 2008 a state enterprise under the name “Spatial Information and Survey” shall be established with its headquarter in Dresden. Article 2 outlines the tasks of the afore-mentioned Institute. The text consist of 6 articles.

Amendments of the principal Act are made by this Act in relation to: definitions (sect. 1 of the principal Act), the Land Leases Register (sects. 2,4), registered leases and freehold titles in estates in the framework of the coming into force of the Freehold Titles Act No. 13 of 1994 (sects. 8, 13, 14, 15, 22, 30, 51, 52, 54, 56, 57, 59, 60, 66, 67, 69, 71, 72, 76, 91 and 107). Section 12A provides that the Director may combine or subdivide freehold estates in specified cases.

El presente Decreto aprueba el Reglamento operativo del Programa de Regularización del Catastro y Registro, que define la estructura organizativa para la ejecución del Programa, así como los procedimientos para el seguimiento, control, supervisión técnica y utilización de los recursos del mismo.

The present Regulations are made under the Cree-Naskapi (of Quebec) Act. In particular, the Regulations provide for the establishment of a land registry system, under the control and supervision of the Minister for the registration of rights and interests in Category IA and IA-N l and in buildings situated thereon. The Land Registry System shall consist of the following registry offices: a) a Central Land Registry Office; b) one local Land Registry Office for each Cree band; and c) a Local Land Registry Office for the Naskapi band.

This Regional Law establishes types of agricultural land area within stock of agricultural land classified as particularly productive agricultural land areas that shall be prohibited for other uses.
