El presente Acuerdo crea el Consejo superior institucional con la competencia de formular, coordinar y dictar las políticas relacionadas con la propiedad rural, supervisar la preparación del Proyecto de Ordenamiento de la propiedad y asegurar la coordinación interinstitucional que garantice una implementación efectiva.

El presente Reglamento del Sistema de control estatal sobre la tierra, dispone que la responsabilidad de dirigirlo corresponde a los delegados territoriales y a los delegados municipales del Ministerio de Agricultura. El Reglamento crea las Comisiones de Asuntos Agrarios a nivel nacional, provincial y municipal, como órganos que evalúan las temáticas relacionadas con la legislación agraria y coordinan las acciones a ejecutar.

La presente Resolución dispone que los tenedores legales de tierra con áreas superiores a los 800 metros cuadrados que no cuenten con el certificado catastral emitido por la Oficina Municipal del Catastro, están obligados a presentarlo en la oficinas municipales del Registro de la Tenencia de la Tierra.

This Code regulates the relationship originating in connection with geological survey, the use and the protection of subsoil in the Republic of Belarus. This Code contains legal foundation of the all-round rational use and protection of subsoil, provides for safeguard of the interests of state and citizens of the Republic of Belarus as well as the rights of the users of subsoil. The document consists of XI Sections that contain 60 articles. Section I lays down the general provisions. Section II regards state regulation in the field of use and protection of subsoil.

The Federal Law consists of 7 Chapters composed of 55 articles. Chapter 1 lays down the general provisions. Chapter 2 establishes ownership relationship within condominium and the duties of houseowners. Chapter 3 management and maintenance of condominiums. Chapter 4 regards organization of condominiums. Chapter 5 concerns functioning of condominiums. Chapter 6 deals with organization of condominiums in newly set unit. Chapter 7 lays down the conclusive provisions.

These Regulations are composed of 10 Chapters, i.e. General provisions (I); Principles and purposes (II); Fundamentals of land registration administration (III); First time land registration (IV); Maintenance of land registration data (V); Issuance of a replacement certificate (VI); Land registration fees (VII); Sanctions (VIII); Transitional provisions (IX); Concluding provisions (X)Article 1 provides a list of definitions and explanations of terms used within the Act including a definition of the term "land registration".

The Government, for the purpose of setting up of the unified system of registration of immovable property on the basis of state land cadastre, approves the proposal of the Ministry of Economic Development, the Ministry of State Property and State Land Cadastre as regards the elaboration of the Federal Special Program "Automatic system of keeping up state land cadastre and state registration of immovable property for the period 2002-2007".

This Land Law aims to overhaul the distribution and management of land in Cambodia as well as protect property rights. This basic land legislation consists of 8 Titles; Private and public ownership (I); Acquisition of ownership (II); The regime of private ownership (III); Forms of ownership (IV); Immovable property used as surety (V); Cadastre (VI); Penalty provisions (VII) and Final provisions (VIII).The Law refers to recognition of rights to land of persons who have had peaceful, uncontested possession of the land for a certain period of time.

The Government decrees to establish that Federal Land Cadastre Service is the Federal Executive Body in the field of state management of land resources that carries out special (executive, control, authorization and other) functions as regards keeping up of state land cadastre and state registration of immovable property situated the plots of land, land survey, state cadastre valuation of land, land monitoring and state control over the use and the protection of land. Federal Land Cadastre Service is entrusted with the functions of the abolished State Land Policy Committee.

The Government, for the purpose of putting into order state cadastre valuation of land on the territory of the Russian Federation, decrees to validate the Regulation. This Regulation determines the modalities of carrying out state cadastre valuation of land as regards all the categories of land on the territory of the Russian Federation for the purpose of taxation and other purposes established by law. State Committee on Land Policy, its territorial branches and its subordinate enterprises and organizations carry out state cadastre valuation of land.

The Government, for the purpose of introduction of economic methods of the management of land resources and the improvement of state management of land, entitles the State Committee on Land Policy to carry out in the period of 1999-2001 state cadastre valuation of all categories of land for the purpose of taxation and other purposes established by law.

This Act provides for the establishment of the Singapore Land Authority and consists of 7 Parts: Preliminary (I); Establishment, incorporation and constitution of authority (II); Functions, duties and powers of authority (III); Provisions relating to staff (IV); Financial provisions (V); Transfer of property, assets, liabilities and employees (VI); and Miscellaneous (VII).The functions of the Authority include to optimize land resources and to provide secure and effective registration systems for transactions relating to land in Singapore.
