The Act appoints the Chief Surveyor as representative of the authority responsible for the survey and mapping of land boundaries, for marking those boundaries and report and register them in the Cadastral Dossiers and to monitor and supervise the registered land and notify any variations in the map.

This Act consists of 7 Parts: Preliminary (I); Acquisition (II); Reference to an Appeals Board and procedure thereon (III); Apportionment of Compensation (IV); Payment (V); Temporary Occupation of Land (VI); Miscellaneous (VII).The Act provides a legal framework for the acquisition of private land by the government for the benefit of the public. Procedures and requirements for the acquisiton of land are set out in detail in the text. The Act further provides for the constitution of one or more Appeal Boards for the purpose of hearing appeals in respect of any award made by the Collector.

La presente Ley se refiere al Catastro de la Ciudad de Asunción, el cual tiene por objetivos: a) determinar el estado y las características de los predios ubicados dentro del Municipio y empadronarlos; b) verificar la situación de los inmuebles; c) elaborar estadísticas de acuerdo con los datos registrados en los padrones; d) contribuir al planeamiento urbano de la Ciudad de Asunción.

The present Law regulates conditions and modalities of ownership, use and disposal of immovables as well as relations regarding other rights relayed to immovables. Relations connected with use and conservation of soil, subsoil, forests, vegetable kingdom and wildlife, water, airspace, territories on which monuments pertaining to cultural heritage are situated are regulated by the present Law and other legislative acts of the Republic of Armenia. Legal status of immovables regards also marine, fluvial-marine and fluvial vessels subject to compulsory state registration.

The Decision provides for the institution of the Sub-institute in the Northern part of the country, its functions in land cadastre registration, land use planning, allocation ,mapping and managing.

These Regulations provide for the form for the oath of office of an inspector, registrar or deputy registrar as prescribed under section 195 of the Land Titles Act.

This Act concerns land titles in Nunavut. It creates and regulates registration districts, contains provisions on officers involved in land titles (inspections, registrations), regulates procedures related to land titles, certification of titles and record keeping, transfer of land, leases and mortgages. It also provides for fees, land valuation, remedial proceedings and dispute settlement.

These Regulations provide for public access to the land titles office, as prescribed under section 195 of the Land Titles Act.

It consists of 195 sections and is divided into the following Parts: Administration, Procedures, Registration, Instruments and caveats, Fees and assurance fund, Remedial proceedings, Proceedings before a judge, and General. It contains provisions on registration districts, land officers, certificates of titles, trusts, land transfers, plans, leases, mortgages and on related fees.

Under these Regulations, the whole of Northwest Territories in constituted as a registration district for the purposes prescribed by the Land Titles Act.
