The Decision provides for the institution of the Sub-institute in the Northern part of the country, its functions in land cadastre registration, land use planning, allocation ,mapping and managing.

These Regulations provide for the form for the oath of office of an inspector, registrar or deputy registrar as prescribed under section 195 of the Land Titles Act.

This Act concerns land titles in Nunavut. It creates and regulates registration districts, contains provisions on officers involved in land titles (inspections, registrations), regulates procedures related to land titles, certification of titles and record keeping, transfer of land, leases and mortgages. It also provides for fees, land valuation, remedial proceedings and dispute settlement.

These Regulations provide for public access to the land titles office, as prescribed under section 195 of the Land Titles Act.

This Act addresses issues related to the tiles to land and land use in Northwest Territories. It consists of 195 sections and is divided into the following Parts: Administration, Procedures, Registration, Instruments and caveats, Fees and assurance fund, Remedial proceedings, Proceedings before a judge, and General. It contains provisions on registration districts, land officers, certificates of titles, trusts, land transfers, plans, leases, mortgages and on related fees.

This Ordinance regulates the mapping of the boundaries of land owned privately or by the State and the application of provisions related therefore.

The present Law determines legal basis for the regulation of state land cadastre, land monitoring and land survey. The document consists of VI Secs. that contain 25 Arts. Section I (arts. 1-4) lays down general provisions. Section II (Arts. 5-12) regards state land cadastre. Section III (Arts. 13-15) regards land monitoring. Section IV (Arts. 16-19) regards land survey. Section V (Arts. 20-22) regards state regulation of state land cadastre, land monitoring and survey work. Section VI (arts.

Under these Regulations, the whole of Northwest Territories in constituted as a registration district for the purposes prescribed by the Land Titles Act.

These Regulations prescribe the criteria for assessing tariffs and fees prescribed under the Land Titles Act. The Regulations also set the values of the fees in the attached schedule.

This Regulation applies to the registration of the title to every parcel of land in the Province, including land owned by the Crown, unless the parcel of land is excepted from the operation of the Land Titles Act. It provides for requirements, fees and other matters related to registration.

A Real Estate Register is kept of real estate and other register units in land and water areas. The Real Estate Register contains information about the characteristics of the units and their location as well as other information concerning the units, as provided in this Act. The Register is part of the Land Information System. Types Real estates listed in section are listed in the Register, amongst others State-owned forest lands, conservation areas founded on a State-owned area in accordance with the Nature Conservation Act (1096/1996) and public water areas (274/1998).
