This Regulation applies to the registration of the title to every parcel of land in the Province, including land owned by the Crown, unless the parcel of land is excepted from the operation of the Land Titles Act. It provides for requirements, fees and other matters related to registration.

A Real Estate Register is kept of real estate and other register units in land and water areas. The Real Estate Register contains information about the characteristics of the units and their location as well as other information concerning the units, as provided in this Act. The Register is part of the Land Information System. Types Real estates listed in section are listed in the Register, amongst others State-owned forest lands, conservation areas founded on a State-owned area in accordance with the Nature Conservation Act (1096/1996) and public water areas (274/1998).

These Regulations make provision for the maps, plans or drawings which are required to accompany an application by a community body to register an interest in land. If the application is granted the maps, plans or drawings are to be entered in the Register of Community Interests in Land. The Schedule to the Regulations requires that the maps, plans or drawings use a metric scale corresponding to a scale used by the Ordnance Survey for that land, are taxative and show a north point.

This Resolution is composed of 3 articles. The Order issued on 15/11/1971 related to the expropriation of the land No. 299 of 3200 square metres located in the zone of Almasiya-Gaza Strip in favour of the Governor General is now abrogated and will be restored to the original owners (art. 1). Original owners of the aforementioned land before the expropriation have the total right of disposal over it according to laws in forced (art. 2).

The Law of Property Act provides for real rights, their content, creation and extinguishment and is the basis for other laws regulating real rights. Real rights are ownership (right of ownership) and restricted real rights: servitudes, real encumbrances, right of superficies, right of pre-emption and right of security.
