La loi n° 86-2 du 3 janvier 1986 relative à l’aménagement, la protection et la mise en valeur du littoral (dite « loi littoral ») prévoit que le secrétariat général du Conseil national de la mer et des littoraux (CNML) est assuré par le délégué interministériel au développement durable, conjointement avec le délégué interministériel à l’aménagement du territoire et à l’attractivité régionale et le secrétaire général à la mer.

These Regulations implement provisions of the Planning and Development Act, 2000 in relation with, among other things, control of development, exempted development, environmental impact assessments, coastal zone development control and plans and guidelines for development.

Le présent décret modifie certaines dispositions du Code de l'urbanisme relatives aux espaces remarquables du littoral. Lorsqu'ils identifient des espaces ou milieux relevant du présent article, les documents d'urbanisme précisent, le cas échéant, la nature des activités et catégories d'équipements nécessaires à leur gestion ou à leur mise en valeur notamment économique.

Le périmètre d'intervention du Conservatoire de l'espace littoral et des rivages lacustres est étendu sur les parties de territoire des communes suivantes du département de l'Eure: - commune de Sainte-Opportune-la-Mare : sections cadastrales ZH-AC-AD-ZA; - commune de Saint-Ouen-des-Champs: sections cadastrales AB-AC; - commune de Saint-Thurien : section cadastrale AB.

This Decree regulates the Regional Management Plan for Algarve (PROT-Algarve). It consists of 6 chapters and 1 table establishing the objectives of the said Plan, which shall be drawn-up in order to: a) establish a strategy for the natural resource development and explotation within this area; b) protect and valorize the Region of Algarve; c) regulate soil use and transformation in order to develop the potentialities of this coastal area; d) preserve natural heritage; e) enforce regional plans for land management; f) enforce regional projects, etc.

This Order establishes the planning for the recreational harbours within the Municipality of Albufeira. It consists of 7 chapters establishing requirements and conditions to be met in order to manage and authorize every activity to be performed within the said area (including land use planning, coastal area planning, construction of port facilities, etc.). General provisions (Chap. 1); General provisions concerning soil use (2); Specific provisions (3); urbanisation and building characteristics (4); Special provisions (5); External areas for private use (6); Final provisions (7).

This Decree creates the Coastal Zone Protection Committee within the State of Rio de Janeiro - CODEL. It consists of 11 articles establishing composition, duties and competencies of the aforementioned environmental institution entitled to protect and develop coastal areas carrying out controls and managing these areas within the limits of the said State.

The purpose of the present Act is to establish a public intervention scheme for the rational exploitation of environmental resources. The scope of this plan is remediation and restoration of polluted sites involving marine areas, lakes and rivers. The Ministry of Health shall start the plan, together with the Regions, in national interest sites and in industrial areas (art. 1). Incentives and financial contribution shall be given to industries and industry consortia interested in the research and development of new rehabilitation technologies.
