This Act provides for title and registration of rights in native land.The Act consists of 65 sections divided into 9 Parts: Preliminary (I); Titles to native land (II); Alienation (III); The Land Court (IV); Lands Code (V); Leases (VI); Survey (VII); Penalties (VIII); General (IX).Section 4 concerns indefeasibility of title of native title subject to specified conditions. Subject to the provisions of this Ordinance native land shall not be alienated, whether by sale, gift, lease or otherwise, to a person who is not a native (sect. 5).
The present Law implements the directive 2007/2/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 14 March 2007 establishing an Infrastructure for Spatial Information in the European Community (INSPIRE). In particular, the Law provides the legal framework for the development and operation of a spatial data infrastructure system of Bavaria as part of the national spatial data infrastructure.
The present Law lays down provisions relating to the protection of alpine pastures and the promotion of alpine dairies. The text – consisting of 22 articles deals with the following aspects: authorization, registration of a conflict in the cadastre for non-authorized transactions, right of pre-emption, penalties, competent authorities, transactions of and measures taken by the Free State of Bavaria and entry into force.
The present Act lays down provisions relating to the cultural heritage in the province of New Brunswick. The Act strengthen the province’s ability to conserve heritage sites and objects by establishing the Crown as legal owner of heritage objects, and prohibiting the alteration of heritage sites.
El presente Acuerdo crea el Sistema Nacional de Catastro Integrado Geo Referenciado de Hábitat y Vivienda, cuyo objetivo es registrar de forma sistemática, lógica, georeferenciada y ordenada, en una base de datos integral e integrada los catastros urbanos y rurales, que sirva como herramienta para la formulación de políticas de desarrollo urbano.

The present Law enforces the Federal Spatial Information Act of 5 October 2010. The Law lays down provisions relating to the enforcement of federal legislation in the field of geographic information and the collection, management and use of spatial data for the area of the canton Glarus. Furthermore, the Law creates conditions for a cantonal spatial data infrastructure.
La presente Ley tiene por objeto la creación del Registro Interactivo de Propiedades Públicas con Oportunidad de Desarrollo Económico o Conservación y Protección, con el fin de asegurar la mejor utilización de la propiedad pública y fomentar el desarrollo económico, urbano y social. El artículo 6º prevé la elaboración de un Plan Estratégico de Acción para cada propiedad de la Compañía de Fomento Industrial, la Administración de Terrenos y la Autoridad de Tierras.
