This Law rules on environmental protection measures to be applied for the following River basins of São Paulo State: Pardo, Moji Guaçu and Médio Grande. Moreover, the Law establishes the guidelines for land use and occupation in the interested areas. The Law indicates the competences and related functions of the Secretary for Environment, the Secretary fro Agriculture, and the secretary for Planning in the implementation of its provisions.

This Law, composed of 17 articles, regulates the use, conservation and protection measures for agricultural land, considered as a common heritage. The Law defines agricultural land characteristics and planning requirements to be applied to both private and public agricultural properties. Moreover, it compels São Paulo’s Secretary of Agriculture to plan and implement the provisions set that shall turn compulsory within the following five years. Finally, the Law establishes the penalties for non compliance with its provisions.

This Law, composed of 31 articles, rules on Sanitation State Policy, considered as the overall actions, services and work aimed at reaching increasing levels of environmental sanitation through potable water supply, waste collection and disposal, health promotion in land use and land occupation. In particular, the Law institutes the State Sanitation Plan, the State Sanitation System (SESAN), and the State Sanitation Fund (FESAN).

The main targets of state housing policy are concession of compensation to low-income categories of citizens for the payment of communal services, stimulation by the state of the maintenance of housing facilities by economic and financial means, creation of favourable vital environment equipped with the necessary social, communal, cultural and other services. The Law consists of 4 Sections that contain 28 articles. Section 1 (arts. 1-8) lays down general provisions. Section 2 (arts. 9-13) regards property rights in housing sphere. Section 3 (arts.

This Resolution, composed of 3 articles and one Annex, authorizes the concession of public land located in maritime areas for the construction of ports and related infrastructure devoted to navigation. The concession shall last up to 60 years.

El presente Decreto introduce reformas a la Ley del Régimen especial de la tierra en propiedad de las asociaciones cooperativas, comunales y comunitarias campesinas, disponiendo que los inmuebles que contengan bosques o tierras de vocación forestal, técnicamente calificados como tales, se transfieren al Estado como áreas naturales protegidas.

This Decree, composed of 30 articles, implements the Law No. 6.171 on the use, conservation and protection of agricultural land, envisaged as common heritage. The use and management of agricultural land shall be carried out through land use planning in accordance with the current land conservation agricultural techniques. The Decree defines the functions and powers of the Secreatry for Agriculture, the competent authority for the implementation of the provisions set under this Decree.

It deals with the following matters: land price-determining methods, price brackets for assorted land categories; land use levy and land rent collection; compensation, support, resettlement when the State recovers land for use of defence or security purposes, for national interests, public interests, economic development; land inspection; sanctioning of administrative violations.

Le présent décret compléte par un chapitre IV les dispositions du chapitre II du titre Ier du livre Ier de la deuxième partie (Réglementaire) du Code rural, relatif à l'agriculture de certaines zones soumises à des contraintes environnementales, et notamment les zones d'erosion.
