La direction générale du recensement des biens publics au ministère des domaines de l’Etat et des affaires foncières procède à la tenue d’un registre dénommé " registre des droits réels grevant les constructions, ouvrages et équipements fixes édifiés sur les parcs urbains" dont les pages sont numérotées et signées par le ministre des domaines de l’Etat et des affaires foncières.

These Regulations carry into effect in Ireland Directive 2001/42/EC on the assessment of the effects of certain plans and programmes on the environment insofar as the Directive relates to plans and programmes in all of the sectors listed in article 3(2) of the Directive except land-use planning. The Regulations concern the consideration of the likely significant effects on the environment of such plans and programmes.

These Regulations carry into effect in Ireland Directive 2001/42/EC of 27 June 2001 on the assessment of the effects of certain plans and programmes on the environment insofar as the Directive relates to land-use planning. The Regulations concern the consideration of the likely significant effects on the environment of specified public development plans. The Regulations prescribe procedures and contents of environmental reporting, monitoring and assessment in relation to each type of plan. A consideration of transboundary environmental effects in specified cases is also made.

El presente Decreto reglamenta de manera general la formulación y adopción de los planes parciales de que trata la Ley Nº 388 de 1997 y, de manera especial, el contenido de los planes parciales para las áreas sujetas a tratamiento de desarrollo dentro del perímetro urbano y las áreas comprendidas en el suelo de expansión urbana para su incorporación al perímetro urbano, en concordancia con las determinaciones de los planes de ordenamiento territorial y los instrumentos que los desarrollen o complementen.

The Ministerial Decree regards concession on lease of the plots of land of the national parks for regulated tourism and recreation. The plots of land can be conceded to legal and physical persons for tourist paths and tourist routes for short-term lease of five years. The applicants must submit application, notarized copy of the registration (for legal persons), notarized copy of licence (for physical persons) and land use plan containing environmental audit. Contract of lease enters into force after the state registration.

The Ministerial Decree establishes the modalities of keeping the state land cadastre containing data on land classification, dimensions and boundaries of the plots of land, land registration and valuation. Data of the state land cadastre shall be used for land use planning and land protection, land transactions and land valuation. A registration unit shall be a separated plot of land closed up by boundaries and allotted to a subject of land property relations.

This Regulation lays down rules governing urban planning. It is composed of six Chapters: (I) Types, content and procedures of urban planning; (II) Rules and conditions of urban planning; (III) Roads outside residence areas and constructions alongside; (IV) Rules for designing and planning water pipelines; (V) Role and tasks of the Urban Planning and Studies Institute; (VI) Urban symbols. Environmental impact assessments shall be carried out.

These Rules of the Territorial Planning Commission provide for internal matters of the Commission, define additional jurisdiction and authority of the Commission, describes the content of the comprehensive general plan, requires the Commission to meet with planning district boards or other boards, creates an advisory board to the Commission and provides for public hearings to be organized by the Commission and the review of applications for business licences taking into consideration planning assessments.

This Act establishes a Provisional Commission for the Zoning of Ancestral Lands, requires the Commission to complete a comprehensive zoning plan for all properties and parcels under the jurisdiction of the Guam Ancestral Lands Commission in accordance with provisions this Act and prescribes procedures for the final approval of the plan. In formulating the comprehensive zoning plan, the Provisional Commission shall request and consider the opinions of all affected ancestral land claimants.
