Earth's Crust Act (2016)
The Act regulates the Earth’s crust in Estonia. Its purpose is to ensure sustainable and economically efficient use of the earth's crust and to reduce environmental nuisances arising thereby to the greatest extent possible.

This Act governs the leasing of farm land.The amount of rent from farm land shall not exceed 37.5 per cent of the total annual harvest of the principal product of its main crops. It shall be reduced to 37.5 per cent if the originally agreed rent is more than 37.5 per cent. It shall not be increased to 37.5 per cent if the originally agreed rent is less than 37.5 per cent.The Municipal or County (City) Government and the Village (Township,City, District) Office shall respectively set up the Farm Land Tenancy Committee.
La presente Ley establece el marco jurídico que reconoce y regula el derecho real de conservación medioambiental. Se trata de un derecho real que faculta a su titular a conservar el patrimonio ambiental de un predio o de ciertos atributos o funciones de éste. Este derecho se constituye en forma libre y voluntaria por el propietario del predio en beneficio de una persona natural o jurídica determinada. La facultad de conservar se ejercerá de conformidad a las normas establecidas en esta Ley y en el contrato constitutivo.
Article 7-1 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Peasant farm shall be granted the right of allotment of agricultural land out of stock of public or municipal land”.

This Decree, consisting of 103 articles divided into ten Chapters, details a number articles and clauses of Land Law No. 45/2013/QHB. Other decrees of the Government shall detail a number of articles and clauses of the Land Law concerning: compensation, support, resettlement; land prices; collection of land use levy; collection of land and water surface rentals; and sanctioning of land-related administrative violations. Article 7 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Article 7. Management, use and disposal of state land by trust.
The scope of this Law shall be to prevent speculation in agricultural land and preserve traditional forms of farming; to create conditions for the formation of rational land holdings and land consolidation; and to promote the rational use of agricultural land. It shall not be applicable to agricultural land of subsistence farming, land used for horticulture and gardening, and inherited land and land owned by the way of restoration of legal rights of ownership.
This Regional Law establishes the cases and the procedure of allotment free of charge in ownership to citizens having three and more children of the plots of land pertaining to state and municipal property, and it also establishes minimum and maximum land area (dimensions) of such land plots. The aforesaid plots of land shall be allotted for individual residential housing construction and subsidiary smallholding.
This Regional Law regulates the issues of allotment free of charge to citizens in ownership of land plots pertaining to state and municipal property. The aforesaid allotment shall be performed once only to citizens that had in actual use, before entry into force of the Land Code, the aforesaid land plots for the purpose individual residential housing construction, smallholding and gardening without legal registration of land rights in due course. This Regional Law classifies categories of citizens having the right to land allotment.
La presente Ley de reforma agraria, tiene por objeto la reforma social y económica del agro nicaragüense a través de una modificación fundamental de la tenencia de la tierra y de la estructuración jurídica y sistemas de explotación de la misma, tendiente a obtener, con la equitativa distribución del área cultivable y de su renta y con el incremento de la producción, la elevación del nivel de vida de las masas campesinas y su incorporación al proceso de transformación de la economía del país y al desarrollo integral de la Nación.
This Regional Law establishes the particulars of turnover of agricultural land, including privatization of agricultural land pertaining to public and municipal property. It determines that minimum land area of consolidated agricultural land plot shall be two hectares, while minimum land area of consolidated agricultural land plot in case of irrigation by stationary sprinklers or drained land shall be no less than 50 hectares and in case of irrigation by mobile sprinklers shall be no less than 10 hectares.
