This Act establishes the Land Surveyors Board, provides for the licensing of land surveyors and disciplinary proceedings against land surveyors, defines the duties of land surveyors and provides rules for the carrying out of original surveys, re-surveys and division surveys of land and related matters.The Land Surveyors Board shall, among other things, keep a register of licensed surveyors and act as arbitrator in any dispute between a licensed surveyor and a client. Surveyors shall be licensed by a Licensing Authority as defined by this Act.

This Ordinance provides for the establishment of the Lands Tribunal and defines its compositions and functions.The Lands Tribunal shall be a court of record and shall deal with legal disputes over land.

This Act makes provision with respect to small holdings i.e. any land or parcel of land with or without a dwelling house or other building erected or to be erected thereon not exceeding in all five acres in area let for agricultural purposes and of a specified maximum total value. The Act specifies the (contractual) rights of a tenant of a small holding including the use and enjoyment of all ground crops, plants, fruit trees or other trees. The Act also specifies rights of the landlord and provides with the resolution of disputes between the parties to any contract under this Act.

La présente loi concerne les constructions et les installations diverses. Notamment, l’article 1er établit que sur tout le territoire du canton nul ne peut être fait sans y avoir été autorisé, comme par exemple modifier la configuration d’un terrain, ou. élever en tout ou partie une construction ou une installation, notamment un bâtiment locatif, industriel ou agricole.

La présente loi met en exécution, entre autres, la loi fédérale du 4 octobre 1991 sur le droit foncier rural. Notamment, l’article 1er établit que la présente loi vise à définir les règles d'application de la loi fédérale au plan cantonal et à désigner les autorités compétentes. Le texte comprend 24 articles répartis en 5 chapitres comme suit: Disposition générale (1er); Règles d'application (2); Autorités (3); Voies de droit (4); Dispositions finales (5).

This Act amends the Leases Restrictions Act 1976 in section 2 by the defining "Minister" as the Minister of Justice. It also redefines the functions of Leases Approval Tribunal, repeals section 6 inserts a new section by stipulating that nothing in the Unit Titles Act 2005 shall affect the principal Act.

El presente Decreto Supremo aprueba el Reglamento del Decreto Legislativo que modifica la legislación sobre pérdida de dominio que regula la aplicación y los procesos de pérdida de dominio, así como los mecanismos de distribución y administración de los bienes o fondos recaudados.

La presente Resolución modifica el Texto Único Ordenado del Reglamento General de los Registros Públicos, sobre los requisitos de admisibilidad de recursos y los fundamentos de la impugnación.

This Act makes provision for the resolution of disputes by arbitration. The authority of an arbitrator or umpire appointed by or by virtue of an arbitration agreement shall, unless a contrary intention is expressed in the agreement, be irrevocable except by leave of the Court. “Arbitration agreement” means a written agreement to submit present or future differences to arbitration.

La presente Acuerdo reglamenta el trámite administrativo tendiente a la apertura del folio de matrícula inmobiliaria de terrenos baldíos abandonados por la violencia, con el propósito de habilitar el registro y la publicidad de las medidas de protección decretadas a favor de sus ocupantes.

The present Ordinance implements, inter alia, the Federal Ordinance on official cadastral survey of 18 November 1992.

El presente Decreto Supremo modifica en materia de costos y procedimientos de registración la reglamentación que establece procedimientos especiales y demás disposiciones necesarias para la aplicación de la exoneración del pago de tasas u otros cobros en procesos de formalización de predios urbanos informales.
