Le présent décret crée une zone spéciale d'action rurale dite périmètre d'amélioration pastorale sise dans la commune rurale de Tendrara (Province de Figuig). La création de cette zone vise à limiter la dégradation des pâturages et en assurer la reconstitution en vue d’une exploitation rationnelle.

Le présent décret crée et délimite un périmètre d'amélioration pastorale de Bouârfa (province de Figuig). Cette zone s’étend sur l’ensemble du territoire de la Commune rurale de Bouarfa, à l’exception des terrains domaniaux et des terres agricoles appartenant à des particuliers.

Le présent décret crée et délimite un périmètre d'amélioration pastorale d'El Hadra des Sraghna (commune rurale de Maïat, cercle d'EI-Kelâa-des-Sraghna, province d'EI-Kelâa-des-Sraghna).La création de cette zone vise à limiter la dégradation des pâturages et en assurer la reconstitution en vue d’une exploitation rationnelle.Par ailleurs, les associations d’élevage constituées dans les limites de ce périmètre antérieurement à la publication de ce décret doivent être déclarés aux autorités administratives locales.

The Act consists of 125 sections divided into 5 Parts: The Environment Agency and the Scottish Environment Protection Agency (I); Contaminated Land and Abandoned Mines (II); National Parks (III); Air Quality (IV); Miscellaneous, General and Supplemental Provisions (V).The Environment Agency and the Scottish Environment Protection Agency are established as a body corporate. These Sanitary rules and regulations shall ensure radioactive security in the process of performance of work in areas with radioactive contamination and radiation control in the aforesaid areas. State sanitary supervision related to compliance with the provisions set forth by this regulation shall be performed in accordance with the modalities envisaged by the acting legislation. Authorization for work in the area of Chernobyl atomic power station shall be issued in the presence of sanitary certificate for handling sources of ionizing radiation issued by state sanitary supervision bodies.

La presente Ley tiene por objeto establecer las disposiciones que regirán el proceso de ordenación del territorio en concordancia con la estrategia de desarrollo económico y social a largo plazo de la Nación.
