These Provisions, consisting of 43 Articles, aim to regulate and guarantee the legal exercise of functions and duties by the surveying and mapping departments at all levels, correctly enforce administrative penalties and protect the legitimate rights and interests of the counterparts of administrative law enforcement.The Provisions set up rules for jurisdiction, general procedures, hearing procedures; etc.

La présente ordonnance crée un service central dénommé Direction Nationale des frontières a pour mission l’élaboration des éléments de la politique nationale des frontières et d’assurer la coordination et le contrôle de l’action des autorités administratives, des services et des organes publics qui concourent à la mise en œuvre de cette politique.

This Regulation is enacted in accordance with the Land Administration Law of the People's Republic of China. The Text consists of 46 Articles divided into 8 Chapters: General Provisions(I); Land Ownership and Use Right(II); Overall Planning for Land Utilization(III); Cultivated Land Protection(IV); Land for Construction Purposes (V); Supervision and Examination (VI); Legal Responsibilities(VII); Supplementary Provisions (VIII).The state practises the system of land registration and certificate issuance according to law.

Dispone que el inventario que levanten las autoridades en la diligencia de incautación de los bienes, deberá contener como mínimo: 1) identificación, ubicación y extensión del bien; 2) estado del bien; 3) explotación económica; 4) mejoras y bienes muebles vinculados a este, junto con su descripción específica. The purpose of the present Law is to establish legal basis for keeping state land cadastre, use of cadastre data for economic development, ensuring guarantees of rights to land plots, rational use, restoration and protection of soil. The document consists of 26 articles. Article 1 determines the purpose of the present Law. Article 2 regards legislation on state land cadastre. Article 4 establishes basic principles of keeping state land cadastre. Article 5 regards state management in the sphere of keeping state land cadastre.

This Act regulates the Land Surveyors in Manitoba and provides for the Association of Manitoba Land Surveyors is continued as a body corporate.

An Act to establish a Board to regulate the conduct of architects, quantity surveyors and architectural and quantity surveying consulting firms, to provide for their registration and for related matters.  

The Regulations are formulated in accordance with the Surveying and Mapping Law of the People's Republic of China, for the purpose of strengthening the protection and management of surveying markers. The Regulations consists of 26 Articles.These Regulations shall be applicable to the surveying markers placed in the territorial air, land and waters of the People's Republic of China, as well as other sea areas under the jurisdiction of the People's Republic of China (art.2).

This Law consists of VI sections subdivided into XIX chapters that contain 123 Articles. Section I lays down the general provisions. It comprehends Chapters I - II that contain Articles 1-13. Section II regulates ownership and other rights of property on land. It comprehends Chapters III-IX that contain Articles 14-75. Section III gives the classification of the types of land. It comprehends Chapters 10-16 that contain Articles 76-102. Section IV regards protection of land, state control, land survey, land monitoring and land cadastre.

These Regulations are enacted to strengthen the administration on surveying and mapping and promote the development of the surveying and mapping undertaking.

First deputy chief of the Committee orders the Chiefs of district administrations, in case of carrying out mapping on location to perform re-registration, legalisation and issue of the legal documents (certificate of land ownership, certificate of life-long inheritance, certificate of open-ended (permanent use of land, lease contract) to the physical persons on the plots of land conceded for individual housing and summer cottage construction if the measures resulting from land survey differs (excess or shortage) of the total area no more than 10%.
