The present Law lays down provisions relating to geo-information and surveying in the Land Brandenburg. Part 1 concerns geo-information and Part 2 deals with official surveying. Part 2 consists of 5 chapters as follows: Tasks, contents and of geo-information systems (1); Cadastre procleedings (2); Rights and duties (3); Competence, tasks and special inspection (4); Final provisions (5).

Section 2 of the above-mentioned Act establishes that the Association of Prince Edward Island Land Surveyors as constituted in the previous Act on the same subject is hereby continued as a body corporate under the same name. The Act regulates its internal organization and its functioning. Under section 6, there shall be a Board for the examination of land surveyors and the issue of certificates of qualification as Prince Edward Island land surveyor, the Board shall be the Board of Examiners of Prince Edward Island Land Surveyors.

El presente Código Orgánico de organización territorial, autonomía y descentralización (COOTAD), establece la organización político-administrativa del Estado ecuatoriano en el territorio; el régimen de los diferentes niveles de gobiernos autónomos descentralizados y los regímenes especiales, con el fin de garantizar su autonomía política, administrativa y financiera.

The scope of this Law shall be to protect public interests with a view of ensuring territorial integrity, national, economic and energetic security, social protection of the population, environmental protection, rational management of natural resources and conservation of historical and cultural heritage.

Article 26 shall be amended to add the following wording: “State geodetic survey shall be carried out by the State Property Committee of the Republic of Belarus in accordance with the modalities established by the acts of the President of the Republic of Belarus.”

The scope of this Act is to give more autonomy to the Cadastre and Public Registers Department. Article 2 provides for the establishment of Cadastre and Public Registers Agency which shall be responsible for the keeping and administration of Public Registers pursuant to provisions of the Cadastre Act. Chapter 2 makes provision for the Board and the Supervisory Board of the Agency. The Board is vested with the management of the Agency (art. 7). The Supervisory Board shall supervise the Board's management and the general course of affairs in the organization of the Agency.

This Act makes provision for the registration of property and other rights on land and buildings on land, aircrafts and ships as required by law. Pursuant to article 3 there is established a Cadastre and Public Registers Agency which shall be responsible for the keeping and administration of Public Registers. For each office of the Service there shall be appointed a Land and Public registers Registrar (art. 6). Chapter 2 makes provision for the form and contents of public registers in which rights on goods which require registration are registered.

The present Law implements the directive 2007/2/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 14 March 2007 establishing an Infrastructure for Spatial Information in the European Community (INSPIRE). In particular, the Law provides the legal framework for the development and running of a spatial data infrastructure system in Lower Saxony as part of the national spatial data infrastructure.

This Act provides rules for the practice and activities of surveyors designated in writing by the Minister. The activities are related to surveying by such surveyors on private land. The Minister may by Notification direct that the boundaries of lands within such limits as are defined in the Notification shall be demarcated under this Act. Upon the Notification, the Director of Surveys or an authorized Licensed Land Surveyor may enter upon the relevant lands and do all things necessary for the demarcation of the boundaries of such lands.

Article 2 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Protected areas of regional and local significance shall be taken into consideration in the process of elaboration of territorial planning complex schemes, land survey and regional land-use planning”.

This Act makes provision for the ascertainment, determination and marking of parish boundaries by Commissioners to be appointed under this Act for that purpose.The Act also prohibits the removal of mutilating of survey marks and stipulates that it shall not extend, or be deemed or construed to extend, so as to ascertain, define, alter, enlarge or increase or decrease, nor in any way to affect, any boundary or boundaries of any city, town or parish, nor the boundary or boundaries of any land or property.

This Act concerns the preparation and custody a Survey Book on Parish boundaries. The Survey Book shall be prepared and certified by the Commissioners appointed under the Survey of Bermuda (Parish Boundaries) Act 1899 and taken in custody by Parish Councils. The Act prescribes that the Survey Book shall be receivable in evidence in all courts in Bermuda in proceedings regarding Parish boundaries.
