The Measures aim at regulating the acts of circulation of rural land contracted management right, maintaining the lawful rights and interests of both parties of circulation, and promoting the development of agriculture and rural economy.
The present Regulation implements the Conservation Agreement Act (Chapter C-173). It consists of 1 sections and 2 Schedules. Schedule A concerns the conservation agreement which allows landowners and conservation organizations to enter into agreements for the purposes of a) the protection and enhancement of natural ecosystems or their components, b) the protection and enhancement of wildlife or fisheries habitat, or c) the protection and enhancement of plant or animal species. Schedule B relates to the Notice of intent to file a caveat.
These Regulations implement Community legislation that requires member states to adopt legislative and administrative provisions to ensure that the Community’s financial interests in relation to expenditure on rural development are effectively protected. They, among other things, give powers of entry and inspection to persons authorized by the Secretary of State, the Forestry Commission, Natural England or a Regional Development Agency, for purposes relating to rural development commitments.
This Decree consists of 4 Chapters divided into 18 articles: General provisions (I); Contractual assignment of land for agricultural production (II); Contractual assignment of production forest land (III); Implementation provisions (IV). The objectives of contractual land assignment are to use land and forest resources in order to raise production and business efficiency of State-run agricultural or forestry farms, to create more jobs and increase incomes, etc.
This Regulation consist of 3 Chapters divided into 19 articles and it provides for the auction of land use rights in order to assign land with the collection of land use levies or to lease land. Article 3 specifies cases entitled to land assignment or land lease through auction. Conditions on land plots which have to be auctioned and conditions to participate to auctions are described in articles 5 and 6.

El presente Decreto reglamenta la expedición de licencias urbanísticas en suelo rural y dispone que no se podrán expedir licencias de parcelación o construcción autorizando parcelaciones en suelo rural para vivienda campestre, mientras no se incorpore en el plan de ordenamiento territorial la identificación y delimitación precisa de las áreas destinadas a este uso, con la definición de las normas urbanísticas de parcelación, las cuales deberán tener en cuenta la legislación agraria y ambiental.
This Regulation provides for the establishment of Land Committee A and Land Committee B in order to implement services related to the application for the recognition of the right to land.The Regulation defines the internal organization of the committees and provides for their functions and powers. Land Committee A shall conduct audit, research and review of physical and juridical data in the context of granting the Right to Ownership, Right to Use Building, Right to use State-Owned Land, the Right to Manage and apply for recognition of the right to land.
La presente Resolución tiene por objeto la regularización de la tenencia de la tierra en la zona de amortiguamiento de la Reserva del Hombre y la Biosfera del Río Plátano, estableciendo que los ocupantes de predios ubicados en la zona mencionada podrán verse otorgar contratos de usufructo familiar, siempre y cuando cumplan con los requisitos previstos.
