General Regulation - Conservation Easements Act (N.B. Reg. 98-58).

This Regulation has three sections, listing information that is mandatory to conservation easements. It names such things as terms and rights and privileges for the holder and the grantor of the easement in these voluntary agreements granting right of use of land for the purposes specified in the Act (sect. 2).

Implementation Measures of the Shanxi Province on the "Land Administration Law of the People's Republic of China".

These measures propose to strengthen land administration, the protection of land rights, and to improve utilization of land in Shanxi. Chapter I provides for administration of land. The local government shall restrict conversion of land for agriculture to land for construction. Chapter 2 concerns ownership of land and land use rights. The Province shall implement a land registration system in accordance with the Law. Chapter 3 makes provision for comprehensive land utilization plans to be drawn up by local governments. Chapter 4 contains provisions for the protection of farmland.

This Resolution approves the Regulation on Coastal Zone Planning (POOC) between the areas of 'Sines' and 'Burgau'. The Regulation consists of 5 parts and 2 Annexes defining the conditions to be satisfied in order to organize and plan the coastal zone of the aforesaid areas. The text is divided as follows: General provisions (Part 1); Servitudes and other administrative restrictions (2); Coastal zone use, classifying the different areas (3); Management and planning services (4); Final provisions (5). Annexes list geographical map of the area.

The Government decrees to validate the Regulation and the Model Contract of transactions with the plots of land belonging to State property or the right to permanent land tenure. The Regulation consists of III Sections. Section I lays down the general provisions. Section II establishes the modalities of sale of the right to permanent land tenure or of the plots of land belonging to State property. Section III establishes the modalities of sale of the right to permanent land tenure or of the plot of land belonging to State property through land auctions.

The Government decrees to validate the Regulation. Valuation of the plots of land (right of use) is determined in the process of purchase by physical and private juridical persons from state of the plots of land (right of use) in excess respectively to the quotas of free-of-charge land distribution set by Government. Valuation of the plots of land can be carried out also in some other cases envisaged by the legislation currently in force or if the value of the plots of land (right of use) cannot be determined by the agreement of the parties concerned.

These Regulations aim at implementing the special protection of the basic farmland and promoting the development of agricultural production and the national economy. "Basic farmland" means cultivated land which is determined in accordance with the demand of the population of agricultural products, the needs of the national economy, as well as a forecast of the use of land for construction for specified period of time, and which shall not be occupied for other uses for a long term, or within the specified protective period.

This Resolution is composed of 4 articles. The Land No. 5, located in the zone of Alfarrara-Gaza Strip, indicated in the attached Map shall be expropriated by the PNA with the objective to construct buildings in favour of the Ministry of Housing (art. 1). Any individual who has a right or benefit on the abovementioned land shall present a request to the Ministry of Housing within a month indicating his ownership and his rights on this land to obtain compensation (art. 2). All owners of the aforementioned land should abstain from the right of disposal over it (art. 3).
