The present Act lays down provisions relating to the determination, levying and payment of property tax. The text consists of 46 articles divided into 6 Parts as follows: Tax liability (I); Calculation of land lax (II); Determination and payment of land tax (III); Remission of land tax (IV); Transitional and final provisions (V); Land tax under article 3 of the German Unification Treaty (VI).
An Ordinance to provide for title and registration of rights in native land.The Act consists of 64 sections divided into 9 Parts: Preliminary (I); Titles to native land (II); Alienation (III); The Land Court (IV); Lands Code (V); Leases (VI); Survey (VII); Penalties (VIII); General (IX).Section 4 concerns indefeasibility of title of native title subject to specified conditions. Subject to the provisions of this Ordinance native land shall not be alienated, whether by sale, gift, lease or otherwise, to a person who is not a native (sect. 5).
El presente Decreto Supremo aprueba el Reglamento de la Ley de Comunidades Nativas y de Desarrollo Agrario de la Selva y Ceja de Selva, que reconoce la existencia legal y la personalidad jurídica de las Comunidades Nativas, de la cual son miembros los nacidos en el seno de la misma y aquellos que, habiendo nacido en otras comunidades, residan en ella en forma permanente, así como los que sean incorporados a la Comunidad y que reúnan los requisitos que señale el Estatuto de Comunidades Nativas.
La presente Ley tiene por objeto la creación y regulación del catastro nacional, que contiene la representación y descripción gráfica, numérica, literal y estadística de todas las tierras comprendidas en el territorio nacional.
This Act concerns the ownership of so-called “inner banks”. Section 2 makes provision for the definition of boundaries in original grants of land made by the British South Africa Company. The boundary shall be the centre of the said river or stream. Any subsequent transfer of land the boundary of which is so described under one undivided transfer shall be deemed to have conveyed the land up to the centre of the river or stream mentioned as a boundary in the original grant or diagram, and to have vested the ownership of the land as thus bounded in the holder of the title to the land.
The purpose of this Law, which includes 21 articles and 1 supplementary article in 4 sections, is the placement of villagers within forests who are decided to be transferred and to support the development of the forest villagers through the utilization of the areas excluded from forest. Cette ordonnance établit le régime foncier et domanial en Mauritanie.La terre appartient à la nation et tout Mauritanien, sans discrimination d'aucune sorte, peut, en se conformant à la Loi, en devenir propriétaire, pour partie. L'Etat reconnait et garantit la propriété foncière privée qui doit, conformément à la Chariâa; contribuer au développement économique et social du pays. Le système de la tenure traditionnelle du sol est aboli. Les terres qui ont appartenu à l'Etat, en vertu des dispositions de la loi n 60.139 du 2 Août 1960, demeurent domaniales.
La Ley, que consta de 20 artículos, declara de necesidad nacional e interés social el deslinde y la titulación del territorio de las comunidades campesinas. El territorio comunal está integrado por las tierras originales de la comunidad, las tierras adquiridas de acuerdo al derecho común y agrario, y las adjudicaciones con fines de reforma agraria.

The text of the Code, consisting of 153 articles arranged under 8 titles, is given in the schedule. Article 2 lists twenty-two items in respect of which registration is obligatory.
This Law focuses on the reorganization of landownership subject to agricultural land projects. It provides for ways to compensate landowners for expropriation and gives indications concerning the recording of land. It is the duty of the Lands and Appropriation Committee to notify the corresponding Real Estate Registration Department.
