La presente Resolución aprueba el Reglamento General de Mensuras y Catastro, y tiene por objeto regular el funcionamiento de la Dirección Nacional de Mensuras y Catastro, así como el procedimiento y la forma en que se registren los trabajos de mensura, de modificaciones parcelarias y divisiones para la constitución de condominio.

This Ministerial Decree sets up the authorized state institution Agency on land resources as licensing and supervision authority in the sphere of land resources. The main functions of the Agency shall be: (a) regulation of land relations, geodesy and cartography; (b) land survey; (c) land monitoring and keeping the state land cadastre; (d) land use planning and zoning; and (e) mapping.

This Order prescribes forms for purposes of the Land Leases Act. The forms set out in the Schedule are hereby prescribed for the particular purposes of the Act specified on each form.

This Decree establishes the modalities of conclusion of contract for lease of public land and land local government. It contains the modalities of calculation of lease rent, lays down essential provisions inserted in lease contract and model form of lease contract. Interested natural and legal person shall submit to local government or state body application containing cadastre identification number of the plot of land requested in lease, specifying intended period of lease.

This Decree establishes the amount of information to be released by the State register of immovable property, and the modalities of request and release thereof the period of updating of information on immovable property for taxation purposes. Cadastre information shall be considered of general public access except for restrictions related to identification data of the objects of immovable property owned by natural persons.

This Decree establishes that proposals for expropriation of public property and property of local government shall be accompanied by certification by State Land Service related to ownership of public land plots and cadastre registration thereof.

Item 14.1 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Information in the general list and updated list of cadastre value of immovable property shall be classified in accordance with cadastre number, type of immovable property or payer of tax on immovable property with the consideration of the request of local government”.

The scope of the present Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture is to provide a clear picture of all land suitable for cultivation but presently not in use. Such land shall be under consideration for measures to be taken pursuant to section 8 of the Land Use Act of 1995. Municipalities shall be responsible for registration. Priority shall be given to land in good shape in areas where a lot of cultivation takes place. Position, present condition, and size shall be registered and information provided on the best possible use, suitability of the land, etc. (4 sections)

This Instruction establishes the modalities of access to information on registered rights to immovable property and real burden (restrains) in the form of certificates and extracts from the Unified register of immovable property. The aforesaid extract shall be granted by written application to any citizen who shows personal identification document.

El presente Acuerdo aprueba los formularios urbano y rural para los procesos de regularización y titulación masiva de tierras que ejecuta el Estado.

El presente Acuerdo aprueba la normativa a aplicar para los trámites de titulación en las áreas ejidales declaradas como zonas de regularización y de titulación masiva de tierras que ejectua el Programa Nacional de Administración de Tierras (PRONAT).

El presente Acuerdo aprueba el Reglamento interno de la Comisión Técnica del Sistema Integrado de Información Catastro Registro (CTSIICAR) del Programa Nacional de Administración de Tierras (PRONAT), que establece los mecanismos y procedimientos que permitan una ejecución activa y eficaz de la CTSIICAR.
