This Regional Law validates the list of grounds for refusal of validation of land use planning schemes: (a) use of different systems of coordinate than the regional ones used for state cadastre of immovable property; (b) imprecise and inaccurate coordinates related to the location of land plots; (c) used of wrong mapping methods; (d) absence in the state information systems of data and information permitting to verify submitted coordinates; and (e) absence in the state cadastre of data and information on coordinates of land plot.

This Act concerns the registration and practice of land surveyors. It consists of 34 sections and 3 Schedules.

These Rules of the Head of State, made under section 92(1) of the Land Titles Registration Act 2008, provide for the registration of title or other interests in land and specifically for the service of a Notice by the Registrar under section 5(1)(h) of the Act and attestation of execution of any instrument requiring attestation, which is executed in Samoa. Nothing in these regulations affects ownership of customary land held within the meaning of Article 101(2) of the Constitution or alienates customary land within the meaning of Article 102 of the Constitution.

This Order makes changes to rules respecting land registration fees. Article 2 makes provision for the calculation of scale fees for application for first registration of title to land. Such fee is reduced by 25 percent where the application is voluntary. This Act amends the Native Lands Act (Cap 22) in relation with proceedings in any dispute concerning the possession and demarcation and utilization of native lands.Subject to sections 31(1) and 33 of the principal Act, the court shall hear and adjudicate in accordance with provisions of the Lands Code or, where the Code is not applicable, local customary law and the Cadastral Survey Maps (if not proved incorrect), all cases concerning land, land boundaries and transfers of titles to native land register in the registers of native land and any disputes concerning the possession and utilizati

These Rules amend the Rules of the Superior Courts in relation with the resolution of disputes mentioned in the Land and Conveyancing Law Reform Act 2009 and registration of lis pendens and other (relief) proceedings for purposes of the Act. Special summons for relief may be taken out by a mortgagee or mortgagor according to these Rules.

El presente Decreto aprueba el Reglamento de la Ley que reconoce los derechos posesorios y regula la titulación de predios en las zonas costeras y el territorio insular, que tiene como objetivo establecer el conjunto de normas y procedimientos con el propósito de cumplir las acciones de reconocimiento de derechos posesorios y la titulación de predios ubicados dentro de los bienes patrimoniales de la nación, tierras baldías nacionales, zona costera y territorio insular.

La presente Resolución aprueba el Reglamento de Inscripciones del Registro de predios, regula los requisitos para la inscripción de los diferentes actos o derechos en el Registro de predios, las formalidades de los documentos que dan mérito a las inscripciones, el contenido de los asientos registrales y los procedimientos previstos en otras normas de carácter registral.

La presente Resolución modifica el texto único de procedimientos administrativos (TUPA) del Proyecto Especial Titulación de Tierras y Catastro Rural (PETT), en lo relacionado con los pedidos directos de información.

A Land Survey Board is established under section 3. The Board shall be chaired by a Director of Surveys, the duties and functions of which are set out in section 11.Responsibilities of the Board are set out in section 5. The Director of Surveys shall be the custodian of the Survey Register in which surveys shall be entered (sect. 14). Other provisions of this Act concern qualification and registration of land surveyors and the practising of their profession.
