El Reglamento de organización y funciones del Proyecto Especial de Titulación de Tierras y Catastro Rural (PETT), creado por la 8ª disposición complementaria de la Ley Orgánica del Ministerio de Agricultura dada por Decreto Ley Nº 25.902, que consta de 5 títulos, 14 artículos, 2 disposiciones complementarias y 1 final, cuenta con personería jurídica de derecho público interno y autonomía administrativa, técnica y económica.

Section 2 (definitions) is amended by adding definitions of "survey and measurement", and "registered records". Section 7 is completely rewritten It provides for the circumstance in which the effective boundaries of a recorded area are not corresponding with the actual survey. A new section (8A) relative to replacement of old records of newly surveyed areas, is added. Section 11A concerns the preparation of land-ownership certificates.

"Land" in this Act means all categories of land, including tanks, ponds, and forest land (sect. 2). The Government may issue orders for purposes of land measurement by the authority prescribed by rules made under the present Act (sect. 3). Sections 4 and 5 make provision for the measurement of land and the demarcation of boundaries of specified lands. Section 6 make provision for land survey operations. After survey, measurement, and registration the prescribed authority shall issue a certificate of registration under section 8.

This Act amends existing legislation by giving new definitions of "Minister" and other public bodies and officers and by updating certain other provisions.

This Act modifies the customary law of the indigenous African people of South Africa concerning intestate succession regarding of an estate or part of the estate of any person who is subject to customary law who dies after the commencement of this Act and whose estate does not devolve in terms of that person’s will. Certain provisions of the of Intestate Succession Act will apply. The Act also concerns a dispute or uncertainty in consequence of nature of customary law and disposal of property held by a traditional leader who has died and held the property in an official capacity.

This Act amends the Sectional Titles Act, 1986 in provisions concerning, among other things: the registration of a sectional mortgage bond; certification of registered sectional title or real right; and extension of schemes by notarial deed.

This Act amends the Deeds Registries Act 1937 in provisions concerning, among other things: appointment of the Chief Registrar; the duties of the Registrar; and the issuing of a certificate of title in respect of a fraction of an undivided share in land.

This Decree establishes the modalities of making amendments to the boundaries of plots of land, tracing new boundaries and insertion of updated data into land cadastre information system. Annex 1 contains the form of notification on change of the boundaries of land plots.

Le présent arrêté fixe les détails des attributions des sections de la Direction Nationale des Domaines et du Cadastre, notamment la division de la législation et du contentieux; la division des domaines et de la curatelle; la division du cadastre et de la propriété foncière; et la division des études et des recettes.

The Premier decrees that Federal Agency of Cadastre of Immovables is federal executive body authorized to carry out functions regarding rendering state services, management of state property and law enforcement functions in the sphere of land survey, state cadastre valuation of land and state monitoring of land. The Federal Agency of Cadastre of Immovables is under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade.

This Act makes provision for matters of partition in the relation with the development of land.It defines sectional ownership of immovable property and provides rules relative to common ownership. Development schemes shall be approved by the Director of Surveys and Mapping. The Act further provides for, among other things, formation of associations that shall govern a development scheme and common property, registration of rights and exclusive use of common properties and servitudes.

These Regulations make amendments to the Land Registration Rules 1972 to 2007 in relation with the application in electronic form for cancellation of a registered charge and relating production of a certificate of charge.
