This Act amends several provisions established for managing Crown land within the territory of New South Wales. Amendments consists in repealing Schedule 1; amending Schedule 2 on legislation referring to reserve trusts (such as: Betting and Racing Act 1998 (No. 114) and Cemeteries and Crematoria Act 2013 (No. 105); Schedule 3 on legislation relating to Crown roads; and Schedule 4 on other related legislation.

These Regulations, consisting of 15 sections and one Schedule, regulate wardens related to Marine and Coastal Area (Takutai Moana). These regulations are made under the Marine and Coastal Area (Takutai Moana) Act 2011. They provide for the appointment of wardens by a customary marine title group to promote compliance with a prohibition or restriction that applies to a protected wāhi tapu or wāhi tapu area. This Law, consisting of 69 articles divided into five Chapters, defines the regime applicable to the expropriation of immovable property and establishes rules and procedures for cases in which the State, with a view to the pursuit of a public purpose, is impelled, in the absence of other viable alternative solutions, to call upon itself the ownership of immovable property in the private domain. It specifies the cases in which expropriation is allowed, such as: when the property must pursue a purpose of public utility.

The Cocoa Research Institute of Ghana (CRIG), with support from the World Cocoa Foundation (WCF) the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), performed the Ghana Land Tenure Baseline Survey, the first of its kind survey of tenure rights among cocoa farmers in Ghana. CRIG surveyed almost 1,800 cocoa farmers operating 3,900 cocoa plots regarding various land tenure issues within customary sharecropping arrangements and on owner-managed land. This report describes the findings from the Survey.

This Ministerial Order, consisting of 4 articles and eleven Annexes (I-A to I-M), establishes the formal Recognition of Traditional Sucos and Indigenous Villages existing in the Democratic Republic of Timor-Leste. The Democratic Republic of Timor-Leste recognizes the existence of 451 Sucos and 2,233 Villages, whose designation and location in the national territory is included in Annex I-A to Annex I-M to this Ministerial Order.
