Le présent décret fixe les conditions et les modalités d'autorisation d'usage dans le cadre des dispositions de l'article 35 de la loi nº 84-12 du 23 juin 1984 portant régime général des forêts. L'autorisation d'usage est accordée pour une durée déterminée sur des parcelles délimitées, compatiblement avec la nature des activités de mise en valeur qui y seront mise en oeuvre, et notamment, les activités d'élevage (pépinière, petit élevage, élevage cynégétique), la création de vergers arboricoles et la plantation forestière.

Le présent décret fixe les modalités de fonctionnement du compte d’affectation spéciale n°302-113 intitulé “Fonds national pour la protection du littoral et des zones côtières”.

Las quemas prescriptas, como herramienta de manejo del ecosistema, por los artículos 10 de la Ley Nº 1.354 y 12 a 15 del Decreto Nº 1.925/00, podrán realizarse en el período comprendido entre el 1º de marzo y 31 de agosto del año en curso, previa autorización de la Dirección de Recursos Naturales.

Le présent arrêté du Gouvernement de la Région de Bruxelles-Capitale détermine les critères d’assimilation d’une étude de sol à une reconnaissance de l’état du sol. L’artice 2 établit que les critères dont l'absence implique le refus de l'étude de sol antérieure et la réalisation d'une reconnaissance de l'état du sol conforme à l'ordonnance relative à la gestion des sols pollués ou un complément d'étude venant s'ajouter aux données précédentes selon les cas, sont celles énumérées dans cet article. Le texte comprend 5 articles.

This Resolution of Council of Ministers establishes the Coastal Zone Plan (POOC) of Alcobaça-Mafra. The Regulation is composed by 5 parts and 3 annexes specifying the requirements to be satisfied, such as: authorised activities, pollution control, urban land management and all the sectors involved with the coastal zone management.

El presente Decreto fija el nuevo Reglamento del Decreto con fuerza de Ley N° 235 de 1999, que establece un Sistema de incentivos para la recuperación de suelos degradados, que sustituye al establecido por el Decreto N° 507 de 1999 y sus modificaciones posteriores.

This Decree determined methodology of planting urban protection forests in accordance with land-use planning of territory on the outskirts of urban areas. Boundaries of urban protection forests shall be coordinated with local government and shall be posted on natural boundaries marked on land, for example roads, ditches, power supply lines etc. Local government shall inform State Forest Service on the boundaries of urban protection forests and shall make accessible information related thereto. Urban protection forests of two closely adjacent cities can overlap.

In implementation of article 50, paragraph 1-bis of Regional Act No. 16 of 2002, this Decree determines those waterworks and installations which may be realized by way of derogation from the prohibition laid down in the Regional Act above-mentioned. In fact, article 50, paragraph 1 of the Act prohibits the realization of waste disposal installations within 150 metres from the banks.

These Regulations, which apply to England, are made pursuant to section 98 of the Environment Act 1995, and provide for a grant to be made to any person who enters into an agreement with the Secretary of State requiring him to carry out activities which are conducive to a specified purpose on land in which he has an interest. The specified purposes are the conservation of the natural beauty or amenity of the countryside and the promotion of the enjoyment of the countryside by the public. Four pilot areas have been designated to reflect different uses of agricultural land in England.

These Regulations amend the Landfill Tax Regulations 1996 to provide a number of changes to the scheme whereby landfill site operators are entitled to credit based on the contributions they give to approved bodies with objects concerned with the environment. Regulation 3 provides for amendments to regulation 31 which determines when a landfill site operator can claim tax credits and how he should calculate his entitlement to credit. The amendment reduces the maximum credit a landfill site operator may claim against their annual landfill tax liability.

El presente Decreto crea el Departamento especializado de Geología y Geotécnica dependiente de la Dirección General de Recursos Hídricos, que tiene como objetivo dotar a la Secretaria de Recursos Naturales y Ambiente del recurso tecnológico especializado para resolver problemas de inestabilidad de terrenos en el país.

El presente Reglamento tiene como objetivo establecer las normas que deben regular el funcionamiento del registro de peritos-tasadores del Colegio de Ingenieros Agrónomos, autorizados para efectuar peritajes y avalúos en materia agropecuaria o forestal.
