The present Ordinance implements the Upper Austria Land Use Planning Law (LGBl. Nr. 114/1993). The text consists of 9 articles divided into 4 Parts as follows: General provisions (1); Local structure of the land (2); Central places (3); Final provisions (4).

These Rules amend the Town and Country Planning (Inquiries Procedure) (Scotland) Rules 1997 in relation with formalities of the inquiry procedure.

The Rules prescribe the procedures to be followed at local inquiries held in connection with appeals made to the Secretary of State where such appeals fall are to be determined by a person appointed for the purpose by the Secretary of State, in accordance with regulations made under paragraph 1 of Schedule 4 to the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997 and paragraph 1 of Schedule 3 to the Planning (Listed Buildings and Buildings in Conservation Areas) (Scotland) Act 1997 and of the Schedule to the Planning (Hazardous Substances) (Scotland) Act 1997.

Le projet d'agglomération dans une aire urbaine est approuvé par délibérations concordantes des établissements publics de coopération intercommunale et des communes intéressés. El presente Reglamento del Sistema de control estatal sobre la tierra, dispone que la responsabilidad de dirigirlo corresponde a los delegados territoriales y a los delegados municipales del Ministerio de Agricultura. El Reglamento crea las Comisiones de Asuntos Agrarios a nivel nacional, provincial y municipal, como órganos que evalúan las temáticas relacionadas con la legislación agraria y coordinan las acciones a ejecutar.

These Regulations amend provisions relating to environment impact assessment. The amendments restate provisions relating to the information to be contained in an environmental impact statement and exemptions from the requirement to prepare an environmental impact statement. The Regulations also extend the provisions concerning the furnishing of additional information relating to an environmental impact assessment.

This Regional Decree adopts to the Autonomous Region of Azores Decree-Law No. 219/94 (concerning the coastal zone management plan). It consists of 3 articles specifying that for the Autonomous Region of Azores the competent authority entitled for the management, exploitation and conservation of: water, environment and natural resources shall be the Regional Direction for the Management and Planning of Territory and Water Resources.

These measures propose to strengthen land administration, the protection of land rights, and to improve utilization of land in Shanxi. Chapter I provides for administration of land. The local government shall restrict conversion of land for agriculture to land for construction. Chapter 2 concerns ownership of land and land use rights. The Province shall implement a land registration system in accordance with the Law. Chapter 3 makes provision for comprehensive land utilization plans to be drawn up by local governments. Chapter 4 contains provisions for the protection of farmland.

This Resolution approves the Regulation for Coastal Zone Planning of 'Albufeira de Alvito' (POAA). The Regulation consists of 3 chapters and 1 annex defining the conditions to be satisfied in order to organize and plan the coastal zone of the aforesaid area. The text is divided as follows: General provisions (Chap. 1); Zoning and activities (including land protection, exploitation and use according to the different area) (2); Final provisions, including POAA licensing (3). Annex list geographical map of the area.

This Resolution approves the Regulation on Coastal Zone Planning (POOC) between the areas of 'Sines' and 'Burgau'. The Regulation consists of 5 parts and 2 Annexes defining the conditions to be satisfied in order to organize and plan the coastal zone of the aforesaid areas. The text is divided as follows: General provisions (Part 1); Servitudes and other administrative restrictions (2); Coastal zone use, classifying the different areas (3); Management and planning services (4); Final provisions (5). Annexes list geographical map of the area.

The Government decrees to validate the Regulation. This Regulation determines the modalities of setting up and keeping up of the Federal Cartographic and Geodetic Fund. This Fund makes part of state cartographic and geodetic fund and represents the totality of geodetic, cartographic, topographic, hydrographic, aerospacial, and ground planning data of national and interdepartmental importance collected in the course of geodetic and cartographic activity and displayed in graphic, digital, photographic and other forms and subject to long-term storage.

This regulation implements Forest Practices Code of British Columbia Act; (therein referred to the Act ) and has 4 parts. The first part refers to definitions. Part 2 deals with Range Developments. It starts by outlining restrictions on location of range developments in a community watershed as defined in section 41 (8) of the Act.(sec 3). Its further deals with seeding of soil exposed by range developments, (sec 4), and Maintenance of range developments, (sec 5). Part 3 outlines Range Practices.
