Le présent règlement met en exécution la loi du 7 septembre 2011 sur les sites pollués (LSites). L’article 1er établit que les compétences, en matière d’assainissement des sites pollués, du Conseil d’Etat et de la Direction de l’aménagement, de l’environnement et des constructions sont fixées par la loi.
These Regulations make provision in respect of applications for scheduled monument consent to the Scottish Ministers. The Regulations, among other things, make provision as to the certificates which must accompany an application and prescribe the form of notice of application which must be given by the applicant to owners of the monument to which the application relates.

The Act makes provision with respect to titles in land, the development of selected land, and the resolution of disputes regarding land and various other matters relating to land. As a corollary to the principle that land in Lesotho is vested absolutely and irrevocably in the Basotho Nation and is held by the State, no person, other than the State, shall hold any title to land except as provided for under customary law or under this Act. Where the customary law is inconsistent with this Act, this Act shall prevail (sect. 3).
This Act contains a wide range of measures to devolve more powers to councils and neighbourhoods and give local communities greater control over local decisions like housing and planning. It also concerns a wide variety of matters affecting the environment.
El presente Decreto, que consta de 16 artículos, crea la Comisión Asesora sobre Degradación de Tierras (CADETI), adscrita al Ministerio de Ambiente y Energía, como un órgano participativo de consulta y elaboración de instrumentos técnicos, científicos, de ejecución y asesoría, que propicien el más adecuado cumplimiento de los principios de la Convención contra la Desertificación y Sequía, así como cualquier otro convenio internacional relacionado con problemas de degradación de tierras y erosión.
This By-law provides for the implementation of the Crown Lands Act 1989 by providing specifications on Trust Boards (Part 2, div. 1) and other administrative matters, on the access to and use of reserves (Part 3) and on various matters related to the management of reserves (Part 4). The attached schedule provides a lists of the reserves to which this By-Laws applies.

This Decision approves the master plan on the socio-economic development of Phu Yen province.This plan shall aim at: developing agriculture, forestry and fishery; ensuring food security; developing husbandry; preventing pollution; protecting the environment; developing water supply infrastructures and irrigation systems; building of wastewater treatment stations; properly managing land; etc.
These Regulations amend the Development and Planning Regulations (2013 revision) in relation with tourism development, coastal zone development and setting aside of land for public purposes. An application for planning permission with any setback adjacent to the sea shall include a Mean High Water Mark survey physically defined on ground no more than six months prior to the application being submitted.

These Rules amend the Town and Country Planning (Inquiries Procedure) (Scotland) Rules 1997 and the Town and Country Planning Appeal (Determination by Appointed Person) (Inquiries Procedure) (Scotland) Rules 1997 in relation with inquiries held in connection with appeals the procedure of which is regulated by the Town and Country Planning (Appeals) (Scotland) Regulations 2008 or appeals in relation to the discharge of planning obligations and good neighbour agreements.
