Le décret présent adapte les dispositions relatives aux opérations de protection de l'environnement dans les espaces ruraux afin de tenir compte de la nouvelle réglementation européenne applicable à la programmation 2015/2020 de la politique agricole commune.Ce texte concerne personnes physiques ou morales exerçant une activité agricole.

The Act regulates the Earth’s crust in Estonia. Its purpose is to ensure sustainable and economically efficient use of the earth's crust and to reduce environmental nuisances arising thereby to the greatest extent possible.

This Act adds a new Chapter to the Liberian Code to create the Liberian Land Authority. The Authority shall be a body corporate and shall be governed by a Commission. This research examines the impact of forest management regimes, with various degrees of restriction, on forest conservation in a dry deciduous Indian forest landscape. Forest change is mapped using Landsat satellite images from 1977, 1990, 1999, and 2011. The landscape studied has lost 1478 km2 of dense forest cover between 1977 and 2011, with a maximum loss of 1002 km2 of dense forest between 1977 and 1990. The number of protected forest areas has increased, concomitant with an increase in restrictions on forest access and use outside protected areas.

“The Langebaan lagoon is the only non-estuarine tidal lagoon in South Africa. It is situated on the West Coast, approximately 100 kilometres north of Cape Town. The mouth of the lagoon, on its northern side, is entered via Saldanha Bay1. The lagoon is a highly legislated area. It was proclaimed a marine reserve in 1973 in terms of the Sea Fisheries Act2 and in 1985 it was proclaimed part of the Langebaan National Park, whose name was later changed to the West Coast National Park.
