This Act amends the Kerala Forest (Vesting and Management of Ecologically Fragile Lands) Act, 2003 by inserting two new sections 10A and 10B providing for dispute redressal in respect of lands having an extent of not more than two hectares and for the constitution of the Ecologically Fragile Land Claim Dispute Redressal Committee.

This Decree determines every zone throughout the entire territory of Azerbaijan and specifies the general principles of these zones separately. This Decree sets forth rules and regulations of determining plots of land for industries, residences, cultural structure, roads, intersections, green areas and other construction areas, considering the impacts of earthquakes, landslides, floods and other natural and man-made disasters and in addition, principles of usage of these areas.

This Decree states that the protection of cultural heritage is a set of measures to prevent deformation, destruction, alteration of the structure and loss of cultural value. These Regulations implement, in relation to projects for the use of uncultivated land and semi-natural areas in England for intensive agricultural purposes, Council Directive 85/337/EEC on the assessment of the effects of certain public and private projects on the environment and Council Directive 1992/43/EEC on the conservation of natural habitats and of wild fauna and flora insofar as it applies to such projects. The definition of "project" (reg. 2) identifies those activities which are subject to the requirements of the Regulations.

This Order amends the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (Scotland) Order 1992 with respect of classes of development to which permitted development rights apply. It provides permitted development rights for the installation of free standing wind turbines and air source heat pumps on or within the curtilage of a dwellinghouse and building containing flats, subject to certain limitations and conditions. Development is not permitted by this class in the case of land within a conservation area or a World Heritage Site.

Section 2 of this Chapter sets out findings and defines policy goals regarding the protection of the Seashore Reserve (defined in section 3).
