Le présent règlement met en exécution le paragraphe 1er de l’article 9 (Contenut du plan d’aménagment général) de la loi du 19 juillet 2004 concernant l'aménagement communal et le développement. L’article 1er intitulé «Eléments constitutifs» du règlement susmentionné établit que le rapport de présentation élaboré sur base de l'étude préparatoire du plan d'aménagement général d'une commune comporte les éléments suivants: 1. justification de l'initiative et des orientations fondamentales retenues; 2. démonstration de la prise en considération des objectifs du développement durable; 3.

Minor Amendment of paragraph 2, with the sibstitution in the text of the period 12 months with 3 years.The functions of the Authority include to optimize land resources and to provide secure and effective registration systems for transactions relating to land in Singapore. The Authority shall also manage and maintain the cadastre survey system as a foundation for land title as well as advising the government on matters relating to land survey, tenure, ownership and disposition. The Authority has the power to direct for the purpose of discharging its functions under this Act (sect. 7).

Le présent règlement grand-ducal porte les dispositions relatives au contenu de l'étude préparatoire à présenter lors de l'élaboration ou de la mise à jour d'un plan d'aménagement général d'une commune. Le texte comprend 29 articles répartis en 3 titres comme suit: Dispositions générales (Ier); Contenu de la partie graphique (II). Ce dernier titre traite soit les éléments constitutifs et échelles, soit la représentation de la partie graphique.

Le présent règlement porte les dispositions relatives au contenu du plan d'aménagement général d'une commune. L’article 1er du règlement susmentionné établit que tout plan d'aménagement général d'une commune comporte une partie graphique et une partie écrite. Le texte comprend 65 articles répartis en 3 titres comme suit: Dispositons générales (Ier); Zones communales (II).

This Ministerial Decree establishes that urban land use planning shall be carried out in accordance with land zoning schemes. Agricultural land of the suburban areas shall be used for agricultural purposes. Expropriation of agricultural land shall be carried out in exceptional cases by the local executive bodies. Green belt areas shall be classifies as forest land.

This Council of Ministers Resolution approves the Urban Planning of Management (Unit 1 - UP 1) from 'Ferragudo' to 'Calvário', within the Municipality of Lagoa. It defines the conditions to be satisfied in order to use urban and non urban land, and consists of 3 chapters establishing general provision (chap. 1); zoning (chap. 2); and other provisions (chap. 3). the Annex lists a map with the geographical limits of the aforementioned area.

This Resolution of the Council of Ministers approves the Regulation of the Director Municipal Plan of the town of Sintra. It consists of 100 articles and 5 annexes specifying urban and non-urban land use planning in order to manage, control and valorising the aforementioned area (in any different sector).

Implements: Decree-Law No. 69/90 regulating the legal regime for municipal land use planning. (1990-03-02)

This Resolution of the Council of Ministers approves the Regulation for the Land Planning of Albufeira de Maranhão (POAM), located in the district of Avis. POAM regulates the activities to be performed within the aforementioned area, promoting irrigation and public water supply. It consists of 4 chapters divided as follows: General provisions (chap. 1); General provisions for land use and building purposes (chap. 2); Zoning (chap. 3); Other provisions (chap. 4).

A Council of Ministers Resolution approving Urban Planning of Viana do Castelo. This Resolution regulates land settlement, land use and transformation within the aforesaid area, divided into 13 chapters and 1 annex as follows: Definition (chap. 1); Land classification (chap. 2); Urban lands (chap. 3); Industrial areas (chap. 4); Agricultural lands (chap. 5); Forestry areas (chap. 6); Protected areas (chap. 7); Cultural activity (chap. 8); Road network (chap. 9); Water supply (chap. 10); Management services (chap. 11); Final provisions (chap. 12); Definition (chap. 13).

The Government decrees to validate the Agreement between the Russian Federation and International Bank for Reconstruction and Development concerning the land based credit for putting into effect land reform that was signed in Washington on 22 June 1994. The sum of the land based credit is 80 million US dollars. This Decree establishes that the restitution of the credit must be financed by the introduction of the special land tax.

The Government decrees that the Ministry on Land Policy, Construction and Living Facilities (MINZEMSTROJ) has the status of a Federal Authority responsible for the carrying out and coordination of the unitary state policy in the field of land relationship, construction, geodetic and map-making service, architecture, urban development, land registration and valuation.

This Decree establishes the modalities of updating cadastre value of immovable property (revision and re-calculation) subject to application of levies and taxes. Cadastre value of immovable property shall be updated by 1 January of the following year if within 15 October of the previous year was updated cadastre value of urban and rural land, was conducted zoning, due to change of land boundaries as a result of new mapping or due to change or modification of specific purposeful use of land.
