Le présent arrêté crée au sein du Ministère du Renouveau urbain, de l’Habitat et du Cadre de vie, une équipe pays chargée du pilotage du Programme Participatif d’Amélioration des Bidonvilles (PPAB), en partenariat avec ONUHABITAT.

This Regional Law delimits plenary powers of the Regional Assembly, Regional Government and regional executive bodies in the sphere of land tenure and land management. It envisages the issues of land governance and, in particular, the modalities of lease of land in accordance with contracts, terms and conditions of allotment of agricultural land to citizens. It also establishes minimum and maximum land areas conceded in ownership to citizens for horticulture, gardening and suburban housing construction, and also concession of public and municipal land to citizens for stockbreeding.

Por la presente Ley se establecen las normas y principios básicos de las funciones catastrales y la valuación de los predios. La Dirección General del Catastro es la dependencia del Ejecutivo del Estado que tiene por objeto la formación y conservación del catastro estatal, mediante los sistemas técnicos y administrativos que se establezcan. La Ley clasifica los predios en urbanos, sub-urbanos y rústicos.

The Food Security Policy is a national instrument with a multi-sectoral approach, whose long-term goal is to significantly improve food security of the population. The goal implies increasing agricultural productivity as well as diversity and sustainable agricultural growth and development.The policy aims to help eliminate hunger, food insecurity and malnutrition.

This Act amends the Local Government Act in various provisions concerning, among other things: administrative organization of village or parish administrative units; local budgets including local development plans; review of local development plans; elections; interim councils and financial arrangements.

Aiming at economic diversification to minimize the country’s dependence on oil Saudi Kingdom published Vision 2030. The Plan launches a package of reforms highlighting the urgent need for a change at both an economic and a social level.

Article 2 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Regional Government shall have authority related to decision-making on public land tenders, allotment of plots of public land free of charge, application or cancellation of public servitude, reservation of land for public needs and conclusion of purchase and sale and lease contracts related to public land plots”.

This Proclamation of the Council of the Amhara National Region provides for the organization, powers and duties of the executive organs of the Amhara National Region.

These Regulations, made by the Board of the Environment Protection Agency under section 62 of the Environment Protection Agency Act, 2008 as amended by the Environment Protection Agency (Amendment) Act, 2010, provide with respect to environmental protection in mining operations. They shall apply to body corporates and individuals applying for or issued minerals rights under the Mines and Minerals Act 2009.

The scope of this Regional Law shall be to ensure fertility of agricultural land by owners, landlords, land tenants and leaseholders. The main arrangements for ensuring soil fertility shall be: (a) elaboration and realization of legislative acts under conditions of perpetually frozen soil; (b) investments in soil conservation and reproduction; and (c) state governance in the sphere of ensuring soil fertility of agricultural land.
