Article 2 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Regional Government shall have authority related to decision-making on public land tenders, allotment of plots of public land free of charge, application or cancellation of public servitude, reservation of land for public needs and conclusion of purchase and sale and lease contracts related to public land plots”.
