This Guideline lays down the procedures and requirements for changing the category of agricultural lands and resources. It consists of three parts: (I) Changes of the agricultural land category due to the land qualities degradation as a result of force majeure; (II) Changes in resources categorization; (III) Agricultural land analysis in case of no other available data.

The present Regulation enacts the Assessment Act. The Regulation lays down provisions relating to the assessment of farm land. In particular, section 1 establishes that the enclosed land value schedules must be used for determination of value for the purposes of assessment of agricultural land. This Ministerial Decree regulates purchase and sale of agricultural land pertaining to public and private ownership. Purchase and sale of the plots of land shall be carried by owners otherwise it can be carried out by third party in accordance with notarized letter of authority. Sale of agricultural land polluted with chemicals and radioactive substances exceeding maximum allowed limits shall be prohibited. Purposeful use of agricultural land after transaction shall be preserved along with existing servitude.

This Regulation of the Government supplements the scope of information for soil block or part of soil block blocks kept in the records of the use of agricultural land.

This Decree consists of 4 Chapters divided into 18 articles: General provisions (I); Contractual assignment of land for agricultural production (II); Contractual assignment of production forest land (III); Implementation provisions (IV). The objectives of contractual land assignment are to use land and forest resources in order to raise production and business efficiency of State-run agricultural or forestry farms, to create more jobs and increase incomes, etc.

In a single article, these Regulations provide that no Land Control Board shall consent to divisions and subdivisions of any agricultural land into two or more parcels to be held under separate titles if the size of any of the parcels after divisions or subdivision will be less than one hectare.

The present Decree lays down provisions on soil improvements. Subject to available funds, the State promotes and supports undertakings and enterprises which aim to improve soil conditions. Therefore land reclamation will be carried out with a view to fertilize unusable land as well as to reinstall destroyed land. In order to carry out soil improvements all interested parties must form a cooperative authorized by the Canton.

The amendments to the Organic Products Regulations 2004 are as follows: a) the definition of "the Council Regulation" is amended to refer to the latest amending instrument, namely Commission Regulation (EC) 2254/2004 (regulation 2(a)(ii)); b) the reference to the Compendium of UK Organic Standards, May 2004 edition, in the definition of "specified Community provisions" is replaced with a reference to the Compendium of UK Organic Standards, July 2005 Edition (reg.

This Sub-Decree determines criteria, procedures, mechanisms and institutional arrangements for initiating and granting new economic land concessions.Economic land concessions may be granted only on land that has been registered and classified as state private land, that has adopted a land use plan, that has completed an environmental and social impact assessment, etc.

Mediante el presente Decreto se reglamenta el Plan de Arraigo y Colonización instituido por la Ley Nº 4.093 en la Provincia de Misiones. Estas disposiciones reglamentarias indican la documentación requerida para acreditar ante la Dirección General de Tierras y Colonización la ocupación y explotación efectiva, directa y racional por un término no menor de tres años. Asimismo se establece que los adjudicatarios de las tierras deberán observar buenas prácticas agrícolas en la explotación del fundo. El artículo 2º indica en qué consisten dichas buenas prácticas agrícolas.

These Regulations, consisting of 11 sections, regulates administrative and legal proceedings related to the consolidation of the law on the simplification of the title to and the dealing with estates in land. The Regulations establish that every plan shall be accompanied by a digital electronic record of that plan in a format specified by the Inspector of Plans and Surveys.

El presente Decreto reglamenta la expedición de licencias urbanísticas en suelo rural y dispone que no se podrán expedir licencias de parcelación o construcción autorizando parcelaciones en suelo rural para vivienda campestre, mientras no se incorpore en el plan de ordenamiento territorial la identificación y delimitación precisa de las áreas destinadas a este uso, con la definición de las normas urbanísticas de parcelación, las cuales deberán tener en cuenta la legislación agraria y ambiental.
