Le décret présent adapte les dispositions relatives aux opérations de protection de l'environnement dans les espaces ruraux afin de tenir compte de la nouvelle réglementation européenne applicable à la programmation 2015/2020 de la politique agricole commune.Ce texte concerne personnes physiques ou morales exerçant une activité agricole.

El presente Decreto declara afectos al desarrollo de la agricultura urbana los espacios públicos ubicados en los centros urbanos, que se encuentren libres, ociosos o abandonados, para que sean aprovechados para el cultivo y producción de alimentos.

This Decree amends Paragraph 1 of Article 1 as “designation of agricultural land in every district aims at supporting, planning and development of agricultural production in ecologically suitable areas and making agricultural inventory”. This Regulation, consisting of 19 articles divided into four Chapters, regulates the Cooperation of Use of Forest Zones for Supporting Food Security. Purpose and objectives of this Regulation are: promoting cooperation in the use of forest areas to support food security as a reference for cooperating in the implementation of food crops and livestock development efforts to ensure the achievement of national food production, by applying the principles of good forestry governance.

The nature and significance of China's engagements with African agriculture continues to be hotly debated in the media, academia and policy circles around the world. Although China has been engaged in Uganda’s agriculture for more than 40 years, the recent jostle for agricultural land by private Chinese investors is dystifying and justifies the need to conduct a scientific study to provide clear evidence before the issue gets bundled into the messy anecdotal media inquiry.

China’s influence in neighboring Central Asian states is growing at a fast pace. Since the launch of the One Belt, One Road (OBOR) initiative to accelerate China’s engagement in Central Asia and beyond, nearly all Chinese activity in this region has been gathered under OBOR. OBOR now seems to cover a plethora of spatially and temporally expanding state and privately driven projects. In this paper, I discuss large- and small-scale Chinese farm enterprises in Tajikistan, in which discussions around China’s “global land investments” and OBOR intersect.

This Decree-Law, consisting of three Chapters and one Annex, establishes the organization and functioning norms of the Ministry of Infrastructure, Territorial Planning and Housing (MIOTH).

Land Code (No. 2768-III of 2001) shall be amended to add the following wording: “Period of lease of agricultural land plots of drained land or with drainage and land reclamation works in course, destined for agricultural production, and smallholding, shall not be less than 10 years”.
