La Commission Foncière Rurale (CFR), créée par le Ministère de l'Agriculture et des Ressources Animales, est réorganisée conformément aux dispositions du présent arrêté. La CFR est un organe inter-sectoriel de suivi de la situation foncière rurale et de réflexion sur les conditions de l'optimisation de la gestion foncière considérée comme un élément de développement rural et d'amélioration des conditions de vie des producteurs du secteur agricole.

Le présent arrêté a pour objet de préciser les modalités de fonctionnement des Comités de Gestion Foncière Rurale (CGFR) créés par des arrêtés préfectoraux en application du décret n° 99-593.

This National Programme for Food Security is a comprehensive multi-sectoral document targeting the entire food insecure population, with special emphasis on the poor people, small farmers and other most vulnerable groups. It also intends to provide a strategic programme framework with a set of prioritized actions. The mission of the Programme is to achieve and enhance food security including food availability, stability, access, safety and utilization in Syria.

This sectorial Action Plan aims at proposing measures to protect the national soil from deterioration, limit the land degradation and soil erosion, and to combat the desertification. It is meant as an implementation of the art. 4 of the International Convention to Combat Desertification of 1994.The Plan can be divided in three main sections. The first section deals with the status of climate, natural and water resources in Syria. The second one reports measures and projects hold in the past years facing the matter.

The present National Environment Strategy for Jordan is a Resource Book of Information and Guidelines for Action and is based on Jordan’s pledge to maintain environmental protection as a national priority to preserve the earth, wind and water as a symbol of the bond between the legacy of ancestors, contemporary responsibilities and capabilities, and the promise for future generations.

This comprehensive Agreement between Canada, British Columbia and the Tla’amin Nation is a Treaty and a Land Claims Agreement within the meaning of sections 25 and 35 of the Constitution Act, 1982. The Agreement exhaustively sets out the rights of Tla’amin First Nation, their attributes, the geographic extent of those rights, and the limitations to those rights to which the Parties have agreed.

This comprehensive Agreement is a Treaty and a Land Claims Agreement within the meaning of sections 25 and 35 of the Constitution Act, 1982.

The present Medium Term Agriculture Sector Investment Plan (METASIP), 2011 is informed by the following vision: “a modernised agriculture culminating in a structurally transformed economy and evident in food security, employment opportunities and reduced poverty”.Chapter 2 provides a summary review of the performance of the agriculture sector, including trends in crop production and productivity, livestock and fish production, imports and exports of agricultural commodities, and nutrition levels.

The present Rural Development Policy and Strategies underscores one basic objective with regard to economic development, i.e. to build a market economy in which: i) a broad spectrum of the Ethiopian people are beneficiaries; ii) dependence on food aid is eliminated; and, iii) rapid economic growth is assured. Given the dominance of agriculture in the Ethiopian economy, i.e. agriculture contributes to about 80% of employment, the rural development effort is presently associated with agricultural development.Part Two focuses on “Rural and Agricultural Development Policies and Stragtegies".

This Executive Order has been made in implementation of the Comprehensive Agrarian Reform Programme (CARP) launched by the Presidential Proclamation No. 131 of 22 July 1987, published in the same Official Gazette, p. 3422-0-1.
