Section 15 of Chapter 11 concerns the establishment of financial compensation by the Water Court for transfer or giving up of real property or rights of use or any other right which results in an income for purposes of this Act. The decision of the Water Court shall be deposited with the County Council.

La presente Ley crea el Registro Nacional, dependiente del Ministerio de Justicia, que integrará bajo un solo organismo los registros de propiedad inmueble, hipotecas, cédulas hipotecarias, propiedad horizontal, arrendamientos, personas, mercantil asociaciones, medios de difusión y agencias de publicidad; el Registro de Bienes Muebles, que incluye lo relativo a prendas y a vehículos; el Registro de la Propiedad Industrial, que comprende, además, lo concerniente a patentes de invención y a marcas de ganado; y el Catastro Nacional.

This Act concerns the administration and other aspects of estates subject to intestate succession. The Act deals with aspects of succession such as entitlements of heirs, (agreements on) division of property and sale.

This Ordinance establishes the Land Registry for the registration of instruments affecting land.All deeds, conveyances and other instruments registered shall have priority one over the other according to the dates of registration as provided for in the Ordinance.The Ordinance further provides for the following matters: registration of lis pendens; vacation of registration of lis pendens; mode of application to vacate a lis pendens; obligation of Land Register to register; etc.

A real property that has been assessed as an agricultural unit which is owned by 3 or more persons is rules by provisions as laid down in sections 2 to 6 of the present Act relative to common ownership rights. An agreement between owners, which is in contravention with these provisions, shall be non-valid (sect. 1). The owners shall be represented by a representative who shall be registered in the real property register. The representative shall act current transactions in accordance with directions provided by the common owners.

This Act is divided into two sections as follows: 1 Short title and 2 Venue of action relating to land. The Act provides for the local justice centre areas to hear local trespass land actions, actions in which possession or recovery of lands is sought, and actions in which the title to lands is in issue.

The objective of this Law is to: (a) provide security for organized farming; (b) to avoid the dismemberment and irrational use of farmland. It defines the rules on the purchase and sale of agricultural land as well as on State participation in the process of "normalisation of relations connected with agricultural land". The law defines farms, agrarian persons (farmers, etc.), and sets out rights and obligations connected to landownership and use, such as the right to freely alienate land.

Cette loi modifie les dispositions des articles 1er, 2 et 5 de la loi nº 69-56 du 22 septembre 1969, relatives à la réforme des structures agricoles.

This Law regulates state registration of property rights, the general principles of which shall be: (a) state protection of registered rights to property; and (b) the accessibility, objectivity, updating and centralization of cadastre data. State registration shall be implemented by a unified state cadastre system of real estate, which shall be a national public administration body authorized by the Government and its territorial branches.

This Act makes provision with respect to the creation of mortgages and consequences of such mortgages. The purpose of the Act is to establish a system of mortgage law in Yap State which will induce lenders to make secured commercial and residential loans, while at the same time ensuring that borrowers who execute mortgages of property in Yap State understand nature and consequences of the mortgage, and that the parties to the mortgage are protected against unfair practices.

La presente Ley de acceso al crédito para la formalización de la propiedad crea el Programa de Apoyo Crediticio para la Formalización de la Propiedad para la adquisición de predios de propiedad privada ocupados.

La présente loi met en exécution la loi fédérale du 3 octobre 1951 sur l'amélioration de l'agriculture et le maintien de la population paysanne. L’article 1er établit que les dispositions de la présente loi s'appliquent aux améliorations foncières et forestières qui sont conduites avec la participation des pouvoirs publics.
