These Rules implement provisions of the Registered Land Act by, among other things: prescribing forms for purposes of the Act; providing with respect to verification of instruments for purposes of section 105 of the Act by persons specified in the Fifth Schedule other than the Registrar; providing with respect to fees required to be paid under the Act; listing certain clauses that shall be considered to be included by agreement in a charge regarding land or lease; and requiring a charge created by a company registered under the Companies Act to be registered under that Act as a prerequisite

El presente Decreto Supremo aprueba el Reglamento para la venta de terrenos en el ámbito de los proyectos especiales hidroenergéticos y/o de irrigación, mediante procedimiento de adjudicación en veta directa.

These Measures, consisting of 24 articles, provide for the rules and requirements for rural residential land appilation, examinationa and approval. The term "rural residential land" as mentioned in these Measures refers to the land used by rural villagers for building houses and kitchens, toilets, backyards, etc.

El presente Acuerdo crea la Unidad de apoyo a la ejecución del Programa de Regularización y Administración de Tierras Rurales (PRAT) que tiene como finalidades: a) establecer un sistema moderno, confiable y de actualización continua para los derechos de propiedad sobre la tierra; y b) mejorar el sistema de traspaso de tierra pública a los productores.

The Regulation contains the passport of the Federal Special Program that consists of 6 Sections. The main targets of the Program are the formation and the development on the territory of the Russian Federation of the system of state registration of immovable property and its transactions ensuring state guarantees of the registered rights and the complete information as regards data of registered rights to the immovable property and its transactions. Section 1 determines the state of the problem. Section 2 establishes the main directions and targets of the program.

La presente Resolución modifica el Texto único de procedimientos administrativos (TUPA) del Proyecto Especial de Titulación de Tierras y Catastro Rural (PETT) del Ministerio de Agricultura, con el fin de permitir el acceso de los ciudadanos a la información de los servicios a prestar por el PETT: el servicio a prestar, monto del precio y forma de pago.

This Decree shall be destined for entities making up state land certificates and provisional land tenancy certificate and local self-government that issue and store public deeds and for legal and natural persons who shall be the holders of the aforesaid certificates. The right of private ownership, lifelong hereditary possession by the Belarusian nationals, legal persons, including companies with foreign investments of the plots of land, and also the right of open-ended land tenancy shall be attested by the public deed to land.

This Ministerial Decree regulates timber extraction on urban land pertaining to forest estate, including urban forests. Citizens who have been allotted plots of urban land as lifelong hereditary estate, usufruct, ownership or lease shall have the right to cut trees and shrubbery thereon without any prior authorization of the local self-government except for cases envisaged by the legislation. Legal and natural persons who have caused in the process of cutting illegal damage to other plant or forest species or growing conditions thereof shall be liable for compensation of damages.

EL Presente Decreto establece la estructura del Programa Nacional de Administración de Tierras (PRONAT), cuyo diseño está basado en los principios rectores de integralidad, economía, equidad, transparencia, eficiencia, sostenibilidad y garantía de la tenencia de la tierra y cuyo objetivo es mejorar la seguridad jurídica en la tenencia de la tierra.
